The room was typical of Premier Inn, and no issues with it. I assume the restaurant next door (the 'Inside Out') only survives because of the captive market in the hotel. Service was really poor - I only had one course as I gave up waiting to order the next course; there were lots of tables left with dirty dishes for over an hour (and the place was not busy). The free wi-fi in the bar was so slow that I gave up on it and went and paid for access in the hotel.

Stayed here recently for about the 5th time & it is still as nice as the first time we stayed here about 5 years ago. The rooms are very clean & the hotel is conveniently situated a few minutes away from the hustle & bustle of Blackpool. Only down side I would say is the restaurant next door. It has definitely gone a little downhill, not the food but the service. Each night we dined there we said it would be the last but kept giving them the benefit of the doubt. We must have sat about 20 mins on 3 occasions before even getting a drink or our order taken. It wasn't even that busy so I'd hate to see the service if it was. Not sure where the head guy that's usually there was but he seems to keep everyone on their toes when he's there! Bring him back!

No complaints regarding premier inn itself but breakfast in pub next door was not as good as other premier inns in blackpool. You have to get up early as breakfast is 7am until 9am where as others its until 10.30. there was no self service buffet for hot food it was brought to you on a plate but other items were there to choose i.e. toast, cereals etc.It felt like it wasnt really geared up for self service as the tables were pushed together with plastic cloths on not quite what you expect. It must be said though that all the staff were polite and friendly. If i went back to blackpool again i would stay at one of the others

Marvellous welcome from a young and very professional receptionist. She got us checked in quickly and without fuss, arranged breakfast for next morning, explained the facilities and booked us a Premier Inn fixed fair taxi within half an hour (and the taxi was on time.) The room and bathroom were very clean and spacious with good facilities. The beds were also comfortable. Although we didn't have chance to have a meal at the adjacent pub, we did have a breakfast. Good choice of cereals, fruit, yogurt, toast and choice of cooked breakfast, tea and coffee. Ample car parking and easy to find. Could not fault the excellent value for money and the staff were all smiles!

Room Tip: Ground floor maybe cooler than the floors above.

We arrived at 8.45pm to find a really nice friendly receptionist on duty. We were processed very quickly and told of all the relivant Information. Our room was 110 and 111, The rooms were Family of 4 rooms very spacious much more than most premier inns! The room was spotless clean plenty of towels to accomodate everyone in the room. The bathroom was perfect NO hairs in the bath! well done housekeeping team!!
What I found as a nice touch was the fact the weather was extremley hot and on entering the room the fan was left on to cool the room down and the curtains were pulled over, Thankyou!
The restaurant next door was 2 for £10. which was great value, However being thrown the cutlery for the 6 of us on the table didnt impress us, neither did the fact the cutlery were watermarked quiet badly and could of done with a shine! food was fine though nothing fantastic but for the price it was fine! Breakfast the following morning was a bit hit and miss it was spread out too much around the restaurant. Continental was perfect as expected in all premier inns. Crumpets was a nice added touch, I did find that restocking of the jams bread and coffee was quiet slow had to ask staff. the cooked breakfast took 40 minutes to arrive to the table not the best we have had . didnt get any table check back to ask did we want any more.
The reception team on the morning were lovely friendly smiles and interacted with us Thankyou.
If ever we come back to Blackpool we will definatly stay here loved the hotel the hotel staff not so much the restaurant food and staff.....

Room Tip: we stayed in 110 and 111 they are very big family rooms plenty of space.
