“As usual, a comfortable Premier Inn!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 14 February 2014

When you stay at a Premier Inn you know you are going to get a comfortable, king-size bed with a choice of pillows in a clean and functional room.

The hotel is very convenient for the end of the motorway and is in a new development with a pub and restaurant next door. Parking is in a shared car park. It's location and quietness mean that you have to drive into Blackpool where ample parking is available.

We often stay in Premier Inns. They are by far the best of the budget hotels and can be considerably better than some of the moderate priced ones we have stayed in. If you want something better than go really up market for luxury.
As usual the room was a very good size and had the usual king sized and very comfortable bed. You have a choice of soft or firm pillows. the bathroom was small but has an efficient power shower. Everything was spotless. The room heating was good and easy to control. Our room was on the road side but the windows was very sound proof and we did not hear any traffic noise.
Food is through an internal door to the 'Inside out ' pub next door, which has a very quirky decor. The evening meal was cheap and not bad at all. Breakfast was very good. The hot breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious. Lots of options available. The staff were efficient and friendly.
An ideal place for an overnight stop.

Room Tip: If you like to sleep with open windows then ask for an room away from the road.

Lovely staff, comfy bed and good quality room. Got there late on in the evening, greeted by friendly staff, had a nice hot bath and relaxed, room was lovely and warm, decent sized tv, fantastic marshmallow bed and slept like a rock. Can't fault it.

Stayed twice; Boxing Day and New years Day- you might expect the staff to be wishing us 5 to be elsewhere but the girl on reception even lent my husband a superior Santa hat to the one he'd arrived with, to make sure our visit to family nearby was a success!
Breakfasts are expensive (£8+) but the full English is cooked to order and the eggs are just as you like, with the offer of another helping if you're still hungry; the staff once again seem to really enjoy their work and can chat for Blackpool if you need any tourist information!
The rooms are spacious, the beds wonderfully comfortable, with the smoothest coolest sheets, and there are proper baths, not just a shower. We will be back.

Stayed at this Premier Inn on New Years Eve.

On arrival there were quite a few people waiting to check in at reception. I think everyone had just turned up at the same time. There was only 1 lady on reception, but she assisted us all in a very friendly and efficient manner. She did a really good job and seemed to get the guests checked in quickly and with a smile.

The room was clean, tidy and had everything that you needed really. The power shower was excellent.

We had a ground floor room and other than hearing a few children in the afternoon, I don't think I heard any other noise.

The staff were all helpful and very friendly.

We did eat in the attached pub, The Outside Inn which was quite nice for. Fayre and Square pub. The breakfast which was served in the pub was very good, if fact the fruit salad was gorgeous.

Overall a very pleasant stay, at a reasonable price.

We would stay here again if we needed to be in the area.
