Very tentative about staying in a premier inn at Blackpool due to the dreaded fear of stag and hen do,s,but I think this one is just far enough from the centre to put them off, so a very quiet stay (phew), on arrival we were greeted by a member of staff who was very friendly and down to earth (Soo), also although room was very clean it was extremely warm ,breakfast was fantastic serving staff second to none, will definitely stay again .....

Have stayed at this premier inn before and is good value for the money as rooms are clean and spacious.
Upon arrival we were allocated our room on the ground floor the tv had sound but no picture we complained to the lady on reception who brought us another tv, however when we wanted a bath there was no hot water so yet again we had to complain to the lady on reception she offered us another room but didn't offer an apology for the inconvenience of the TV or the hot water or havin to pack everything up and move rooms so we moved to another room which was nice but unfortunately bring on the ground floor was very noisy up above with people walking up and down the room Kate et night and early in the morning. The restaurant attached to the hotel is below average at the best we had the unfortunate experience to eat here and would not recommend to anyone restaurant is dirty at best with poor service and food avoid at all costs. Overall the rooms are good value for money within s good location to Blackpool and it's attractions but eat elsewhere !!

A party of 10 of us stayed here for 1 night, although the rooms were extremely hot fans were provided in the rooms but we found it easier to sleep with the window open . Although we stayed in April I think the height of summer the rooms would be unbearably hot. The restaurant adjoining the Premier Inn is not owned by Premier Inn and the food and service in there was terrible, two of the party walked out as they were not served and at dinner all of the food was reheated as they forgot to bring the starters out and bought the main courses first and took them back and brought them back out after we had eaten the starters but reheated them all even chicken dishes. this gave the Premier Inn a bad name and I suggest if you do stay in this Premier Inn eat in Blackpool centre.

Stayed here lots of times and usually enjoy the whole experience. I cannot fault the hotel and value for money room. However as a former Chef, our afternoon dining experience will not be forgotten in a hurry. You might recall that feeling when something upsets you enough to keep repeating on you then this was my meal. Our first impression of the Restaurant was that it wasn't as clean as we are used to, the tables had been wiped down with a fusty smelly smearing cloth. I wouldn't like to see the results of a swab test from the bottom of the cutlery holder. The mixed grill came, with an underccoked slimey fried egg, a cold raw 3/4 tomato, two undercooked sausages and two very undercooked pieces of chicken breast (pink and cold in the middle) definitely dicky stomach time if I had bothered to attempt eating them. Mustered through with cool chips, small piece of gammon and steak was tolerable. Asked for no peas but still got them. Managed to fill up on the almost cold chips with bits in the bottom from the fryer. Overall I got the impression that the chef simply cannot cook. Kind of concerned when the first waiter, asked us to let him know if we had any complaints as the meal was served. A female colleague later asked if everything was OK so far - hardly inspiring. In order for me not to spoil my wife and daughters meal, I chose to push the problems to one side on my plate. Whilst the table was being cleared, I mentioned that I was not happy with the cold under cooked food. The young man said he would pass on my comments to the kitchen staff. A female colleague came a little later to reassure me that the kitchen staff would be informed. That was the end of the complaint as far as they was concerned. Left me feeling very disappointed. I do not wish any particular staff members to get in to any trouble, however if they do not get their act together someone will get poisoned, it is simply a matter of time. My wife and I reflected on how busy this restaurant has usually been on past visits, however given the crap that was served up there is little wonder it isn't busy anymore. Rant over

The hotel was spotless and the room vas very comfortable. Staff were friendly. Would recommend this hotel to anyone and I would certainly stay there again. Not too far from the centre of Blackpool but far enough away not to get any stag/hen parties

Stayed here for one night while we were at a friends wedding at Ribby Hall Village. Very good nights sleep had by both of us. Everything in the room worked, bed was comfy. Check-in was fast and simple as was check-out. very helpful staff. Breakfast was good however we were asked what we wanted the chef to make for the cooked breakfast and both of our plates came out completley different to what we ordered but we were so hungry we just ate it. Good location for worth the money. Would stay again.
