Stayed here with my wife and our 2 young children. It was half term so it was very busy.
The staff seemed happy to help apart from one reception member (big scottish fella) he was a bit ignorant and not very professional.
We ate in the restaurant next door because the kids love to go in the play area. The food in there is to good standard and there is a good range to choose from it was very busy but the staff would always be willing to help you.
We have stayed here a few times and will be staying here again in the future.

Another good stay at Premier Inn. 1st visit to this one. Plenty parking spaces. Rooms spotless. Good service throughout. Good choice of food and drinks in the restaurant. Only downside is that the bar closes early! Around 10.30pm. Therefore, it's unlikely you would get back in time for last orders having been to a concert etc. Next time we will stay and have drinks at the Opera House. Ideal for Blackpool attractions. Stayed overnight for a concert at Blackpool Opera House. Taxi cost £6 each way and there's no shortages of taxi's. Would stay again.

We have just returned from a 2 night break while attending a cheerleading competition. We had stayed in Blackpool the previous night and popped over to drop the car off at the hotel before heading out into town. The lady at reception was great and checked us into our room and issued our car park pass even though it was only 11am. We returned at half 1 and managed to get into our room. We then had 2 great nights even with our cheerleading squad (and a couple of others) overtaking the hotel! Staff were very helpful throughout. Only slight issue was cleaner popping in before we had checked out, but we were up and about anyway!

Stayed in February half term and got a great deal. The location is great to walk into Central Blackpool along the prom. Even closer if you want to go to the pleasure beach or Sandcastles Water park. The rooms were spotless. Had to pay for wifi but it was only a few pound. Free parking was great.
Breakfast in the restaurant was lovely and the kids ate free! I would definitely stay here again the staff were really friendly.

Perfect for a cheap fun weekend away. Staff brilliant. Room clean, comfortable, quiet. Hotel far enough away from the noise of the town but close enough to walk, 10/15min to seafront. If you wanted breakfast it was taken next door at the Brewers Fair, eat all you can for an additional £8.99 but we settled for the £3.95 traditional breakfast at Weatherspoons (Albert & The Lion by the tower). We did however have our evening meals @ the Brewers Fair the staff where very good the food was not.

We paid a visit to the Tower shame they have applied a protective film on the glass floor it gave it a blurr vision effect either that or I’m in need of glasses, plus the lifts take for ever would hate to go up in high season. The tower itself is beautiful building inside & out & I wish now I had bought tickets for the ballroom.

We also paid a visit to Madame Tussauds which was very good not many characters but worth a visit

Two questions 1. Apart from extracting additional money from our pockets what is the idea of charging you to walk around the fair & 2. Although the new trams look very sleek & reliable do they every bring the original trams out to play.
