We stayed over as a family in the Premier Inn in Blackpool. We had a lovely warm welcome from the Hotel manager who checked us in, he bent over backwards to help and booked a taxi for our night out. The breakfast was quite busy and some of the buffet breakfast wasn't available at first but the chef soon made up more. It took a good while for the tables to be cleared as there didn't seem to be many staff. The plus point for this hotel is how close it is to the centre of Blackpool with a 10 min walk to the Tower. Overall I would rate our stay 9 out of 10. !!
