My wife, adult son and I chose the Chelston based on all the excellent Trip Advisor reviews and the very reasonable price. Everything in the reviews turned out to be true and we highly recommend staying with Alun and Sue. The comfort, cleanliness and breakfasts deserve special mention. And although the Chelston is so convenient for the front, it is quiet. Two small items which apply to many seaside towns - I had to move the car in the day from the road outside to an adjacent road without daytime restrictions and the seagulls do wake you up early if you are a light sleeper. Neither of these things are down to Alun and Sue and were no trouble.

Alun and Sue are really friendly and welcoming hosts, Rooms are very clean with comfortable beds like home from Home Alun and sue very knowledgable of the area and able to offer advice of where to go and what to do and places to eat with an excellent breakfast and nothing too much trouble will be booking a return trip to the chelston bed and breakfast I can highly recomend this accomadation near to blackpools attractions and just off the front to avoid the hustle and bustle of blackpools night life. Top b+b :)

Manuel and his lovely wife Janice took great care of us while covering for the owners. They went out of there way to make our stay pleasurable.
The room was clean and just as we had ordered. There was a great selection for breakfast. My son was very well catered and the free wifi was a good send.

Went for a cheap bank holiday break and were really impressed by the accommodation and service. Paul and Janet (we think) were looking after the B & B whilst the owners were away and they made us feel extremely welcome. The couldn't do enough for us and the other guests Breakfast was fantastic and set you up for the day. The service by Manuel (Paul) was friendly and helpful. You wouldn't have thought they had only been doing it for 2 days. We will definitely stay again if we are back in Blackpool.
