We stay in Blackpool nearly every year for a short break, have stayed in many, but this was the best by far! excellent value for money, great location, fabulous breakfast buffet, staff were so polite and friendly, room was spotless, could not ask for more, booking again in August for a 3 day break, can't wait! thank you to the management and all the staff, nothing was too much trouble, see you in August guys :)

The hotel is in a good location, right on the promenade near to the central pier. There is a tram stop directly across the road from the hotel. All the staff were very pleasant & helpful from the reception, bar & dining areas. Rooms are basic as you would expect given the hotel rating but clean & fine for the short weekend stay we had. Try to get an upgrade & get a room on the front so you can have a view. We stayed B & B so I cannot comment on the evening meals. Breakfast was buffet style & very good. Evening entertainment is available if you don't want to venture in to towns hotspots. Only negative for me was there is no parking. This is not unusual for promenade hotels & the hotel recommends you try to park in the two streets at the rear of the hotel but this was impossible as we never saw any spaces in these residential areas. There is a pay & display about 5 minutes walk again to the rear of the hotel which cost us £13 for 2 days.

Thankyou for all your great comments, will pass them them on with the staff. Hope you will choose to stay withn us again. Sorry you didnt get a car parking space, most our guests manage to get a free one, especially if thay arrive early. We always say to our guests we cant guarantee you a space but you would be very unfortunate not to get one.

Only Booked Twin Room for 3 nights B+B, Night Before Going To Blackpool, on Arrival was Told They Had Put Us In Triple Room With a Double And Single Bed Which was A Bonus and of Course Daughter went Straight For Double bed. The Room On entering was Very Nice And Clean And Bathroom was very clean with Bath And Shower. Only had Breakfast one Morning because we Over Slept a couple of Mornings but what we did have was very Nice. Evening meal we only had one night because daughter was bothered about 3 course meal the night we did have it was very nice with soup, main meal and desert and for £10 for me and £5 for daughter was good Value. Most Evenings we went out And Didn't Return Till Late So Didn't See Much Evening Entertainment But What We Did See was Good With male singers on. Staff At The Hotel Were Very Helpful And Friendly. Overall This Is A Very Good Hotel And Would Recommended It To Anyone With Great Location For All Attractions in Blackpool.
Hopefully We Will Be Going Back To Blackpool Later This Year And Going Back To This Hotel.

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights at the end of March, this is the first time we had stayed here but it was recommended. The hotel was fairly quiet and when we checked in we were upgraded to sea view rooms. Myself, husband and nother couple appreciated this greatly. The rooms were lovely, the beds were very comfy, in fact one of the comfiest we have slept in. The breakfast buffet was excellent, you could eat as much as you like with a varies choice. Great location for all attractions. Staff were very friendly and nothing was a bother to them. Will definately book this hotel the next time we visit Blackpool.

Room Tip: Sea view rooms were lovely.
