I went with my husband and quite enjoyed it even though I did get shouted at for touching a fish (the fish was enjoying being tickled) by a rather irate member of staff - she’d obviously been shouting at the public all day for stroking this rather playful fish because she sounded like she was going to have a nervous breakdown. We didn’t follow the tour guide and instead made our own way around. Very family oriented with great disabled access, there was quite a few visitors in wheelchairs and lots of young children. The best bit was stood under the glass tunnel watching the sharks swim over you and the humongous crab. The toilets (always important) were clean. This isn’t a place I would want to go to again - once is enough, though I am glad that I went. Would recommend for a visit - just don’t touch the fish

On arrival we were offered to pay £3 extra each to go behind the scenes which we though would really good we arrived at 11 and we were through it all by 1 got some great marine life in there as we walked in we were aloud to put our hands in the rock pool and pick up starfish which we felt was a nice experience and we put our hands in a little pool with cleaning shrimp which had no problem coming over to clean our hands, only downfall was we didn't get to touch the stringray which would of been good, I would definitely come here again and the pictures you can buy at the end are great x
