This is our 3rd time at this hotel and even though we only stayed for a short time this visit we still enjoyed every minute and were welcomed in like old friends. We stayed in a family room that we hadn't had before and it was so roomy, beautifully decorated and super clean the bathroom was a really good size too. Breakfast as always was beautiful and nothing was to much trouble. What makes this hotel better than any other in Blackpool is Diane and Ron they are lovely people who can't do enough for their guests on the day we were leaving we packed up our car on the morning and said our goodbyes but we still spent the day in Blackpool when we went back to our car later that night it wouldn't start, we went back to the hotel and Ron borrowed us some jump leads and when they didn't work he invited us back in and made us a pot of tea while we waited for our road side assistance, just another example that these people go above and beyond, can't thank them enough for a wonderful stay and the help they gave.

Had a fantastic stay. Stayed here with my husband and 3 nieces booked the family room, room is bigger than it looks in photos plenty of space. On arrival was shown room first then down stairs for tea or coffee. My parents arrived for a visit and we're made very welcome. Hotel very clean and I have to mention the beds SO comfortable my niece wanted to take it home. Breakfast was spot on (the girls thank you for lovely pancakes they said they were yummy) There is also a games room for the children which the girls used as we finished our breakfast. The location of the hotel was perfect for us not far from middle and south pier. There is a car park at top of the road you can park for £5 a day if you need it. Thank you Diane and Ron for your fantastic hospitality when down in Blackpool again will be booking in with you. Thanks again

I've just spent from Friday 1st August- Mon 4th August here with my partner and my son, and all I can say is wow!!! Diane and Ron are the most friendliest, down to earth hosts that I have ever met. We were made to feel at ease as soon as we arrived,we were offered tea or coffee, and shown to our room which was very clean, and decorated beautifully. Lots of space to put our things, and a shower room which was clean too,oh and a bed that was well comfy!!! Breakfast time was delicious, Ron is a very good cook cooking us all full English breakfasts every morning!!! Anything we needed we could have, they could never do enough for us. Night times were good, they have a very reasonably priced bar, with an area for everyone who is staying there to get together and have a good chinwag, while children can play happily and be seen next door in the games room with xbox 360s and pcs. Thankyou again to you both of you for making our stay a memorable one,we feel like we have made some lovely friends and we cant wait to return again soon. Gunna miss you guys!!! x

Stayed here on 2nd August after reading the reviews and wasn't disappointed in the slightest. Made to feel at home as soon as we walked through the door by Ron and Dianne. Being ex military have an eye for cleanliness and the jesmond was spot on. Fantastic nights sleep in comfy clean beds and not a seagull too be heard! Followed by a delicious breakfast at a sensible time. Nothing is too much trouble for Ron and Dianne. Thank you again and will be back.

Stayed for 4 nights with my partner and 2 children and once again had a fantastic stay. Diane & Ron are fantastic hosts and can't do enough for you. They are also really good company. Our room was spotless and breakfasts were delicious. The room with 2 xboxs and PC's in is an excellent idea for keeping the children entertained. They also have a reasonably priced bar on an evening which is great for socialising with the other guests while the kids play in the games room. Can't recommend this hotel highly enough and can't wait to go back
