We enjoyed staying here during a long weekend trip to Blackpool. It is located in a quiet area, and is very close to the seafront and bus/tram stops. Terry and Jan made us very welcome from the moment we arrived and even waved us off at the end! The family room was perfect size and layout for our 2 adult and 2 child family, and the breakfast was cooked beautifully. We really could not of asked for anything more.

Going to Blackpool for a few days away once a year has become somewhat a norm now for the family. Each time in returning to Blackpool our place of residence has been the Middleton. From our very first stay we were all very impressed. The hotel is clean and well maintained, the breakfasts are wonderful and are definitely a grand start to one's day, the atmosphere is a pleasant, comfortable one and the proprietors are the best hosts you could ask for.

This hotel by the North pier, away from the hustle and bustle of everything was really lovely. The owners Jan and Terry gave us a warm welcome. They were terriffic with our two kids, aged 4 and 11 and we loved getting in at the end of a long day to have a drink and chat in the bar. The family room we were in was great, there were two single beds in one area and a dividing wall into the next with a double bed, making it feel like two rooms. There was ample storage and lots of room with each area having there own TV, so you and the kids could watch different things. The breakfasts were delicious and gave the perfect start to the day. Add to all this that the hotel was absolutely spotless and you have the ideal accommodation. When going back to Blackpool we will definetely stay again.

I read the reviews before booking the Middleton it more than lived up tp expectation.
The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, bedding bright and crisp and most comfortable mattress. Biscuits with your tea and coffee. I have stayed in some big hotels that have been dirty and scruffy with no soap or shower gel snd very expensive.
The breakfast was first class as were our hosts jan and Terry.

The Middleton is situated on a quite street on the north shore. But is close enough to walk to all the attractions,if you don't feel like walking the tram is a pleasant way to travel. What can i say about our hosts Jan and Terry, they were the perfect hosts nothing was to much trouble for them. They are very friendly but not in your face. The room we stayed in was a family room for three. It was more than big enough and spotlessly clean, and as for the breakfast i can honestly say it was the best i have ever had at any hotel. Sum it up this hotel is ideally situated spotlessly clean and is run by some of the nicest people i have ever met. So if your thinking of a staying in Blackpool look no further you wont get better. By the way if you like Italian food there is a cracking restaurant just down the road, if your seated before 7 you can have a three course meal with a glass of wine for an amazing £9.95!
