Where do I start?

First things first, simple to find, head for the Queens Promenade, left at the lights, it's 100 yards on your left hand side. Parking at front or back depending on allocation. Close to shops, restaurants, takeaways, supermarkets and of course the tram, which is what our family used to get around. Buy a 3 day or weekly ticket from the shop around the corner, unlimited travel for your stay sorted!

The apartments are private, quiet, secure and immaculately presented. They have all you should require when on holiday. A true home away from home. We stayed in the Sanderling Suite. Separated lounge/kitchen and bedroom area in case you have children and want some precious chill out time to yourselves, it's very welcome indeed!

The owners Darren & Estelle were two of the friendliest and most accommodating people you could meet, perfect hosts, giving us all the information we could hope for telling us the best places to head for both in Blackpool itself and the quieter spots out the other direction to Fleetwood and Clevelys.

The tram brings you in a straight line all the way as far as the Pleasure Beach, if that's your thing or one of the numerous stops along the way. There is so much to see and do around the Blackpool area and the people are most friendly. I would definitely return and stay again in the Beach House. It is well situated at the quiet end of the promenade for a bit of peace and a chance to relax.

I would recommend The Beach House to anyone and everyone as it is in a nutshell; quiet, convenient and of such a high standard of quality you will not regret paying that little bit extra.

Thanks again for everything Estelle, we will be back!

I recently stayed in the Seahorse Suite for 3 nights with my partner and 8 year old daughter and we couldn't have picked a better apartment. It was immaculate, modern and comfortable with everything you need when self-catering. Estelle kindly let us drop our luggage off when we arrived in Blackpool off the train even before our room was ready. She showed us around and explained everything to us. Upon departure Darren was extremely kind and gave us a lift to the station which very much appreciated with heavy bags to carry. The location is excellent with amenities very close by, and it was quiet and relaxing. You didn't hear other residents at all and security was fantastic. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Blackpool.

We only booked the Sandpiper suite for a couple of nights as we were passing through Blackpool on business. The Sandpiper is a very nice, two room basement apartment that comes with its own parking space.it is equipped to a very high standard and has everything you need to afford you a comfortable stay . The complimentary milk and buiscuits were well received after our long trip . A great little apartment and
finished to a very high standard. Thank you :)

We found this apartment by chance after our usual apartment was fully booked. But I am definitely now a convert and will be staying here in the future. We took our very adventurous toddler and was very pleased that the apartment had plenty of room for him to run around in. We stayed in the seahorse suite. We also enjoyed the fact that each room had a tv/dvd player in it and made full use of the extensive dvd library for quiet family nights in. The tram stop and bus stop is just outside and we made full use of them opting for a drive free holiday. It is really useful that just around the corner in a small high street with a supermarket and some lovely places to eat. Even though we had a family pub next door we never heard any noise from this. Facilities were fantastic all great quality modern and clean. See you next year The Ferrari Family.

I feel very fortunate to have found this gem! My husband and I stayed at the Beach House with our 3.5-year-old boy and had a truly wonderful time. The tram stop is almost opposite the house and we bought a week-long pass that allowed us unlimited travel on the trams. My little boy loved the trams! Just next to the tram stop was a small adventure playground, plus the path down to the huge sandy beach (much less busy than the one in the heart of Blackpool). We tended to get lunch whilst out and then cook/prepare our own supper in the apartment (Sainsburys was near enough for all 3 of us to walk over together to get what we needed). The kitchen was well-equipped, clean and in very good condition, and even though the worktop area was a bit small, we managed comfortably. The washer-dryer came in handy too.
The apartment itself was light and airy, and very clean. Estelle was brilliant - so friendly and helpful. She told us where we could get the tram pass at a discounted rate, recommended where to eat and came over immediately when we had a small problem (I'll never know how the oven button came off in my husband's hand but she got it fixed within a few hours).
It was brilliant - I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Blackpool! Thank you!

Very serviceminded couple who runs this place - and you feel at home and at ease immediately.
They will do anything to cater to your needs, and they have lots of knowledge about the area.
The place is very modern with all facilities - and very clean and cosy.
We would happily stay there another time :-)
