Our party consisted of 15 people between the ages of 20mths - 68yrs celebrating a 50th and 60th birthday. I cannot praise this hotel enough. The food is superb and ALL the staff are brilliant. My husband suffers from alzheimers and I explained this to the reception staff and security guys on arrival and they were brilliant when my husband got a bit lost (in his underwear!). Only one downside, I had Room 127which must have the smallest bathroom ever! I am a size 10 and when I sat on the loo the cheeks of my buttocks were on the bath! It might be an idea to just have a shower in there. The staff kindly offered to change rooms but as we were only there for 2 nights we stayed put. We all will definitely be staying again and are already making plans.
