Both Tony and Mike are by far the most welcoming hosts we have ever come across in all our travelling, they go out of their way to make your stay special, catering to your every need. Nothing seems to be a bother to either of them, can't wait for our return visit in September! The accommodation is fantastic, the food OH my word! EXCELLENT+++, may your B+B go from strength to strength, if anyone so deserves such high prays it most certainly must be you two, wishing you all the best Susan, Patsy, Denise, Peter and wee Liam xxx

The Kenley hotel gets better and better everything time we go. It is so clean and modern. The rooms are beautiful and the food is home cooked and yummy! The owners are really welcoming and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. We stayed in the green room with its super king bed, sofa and large shower room with bathrobes. This room is spacious and was ideal for our family of 3! The only negative thing I can say is that it is extremely popular so make sure you book early... Especially for the lights, like we have....

Room Tip: They are constantly updating the rooms and have just completed the purple room and it's beautifu...

My wife and I have just returned home from our two night break at the Kenley. This is our second visit to Tony and Mike's high-class establishment. They are the most perfect hosts, greeted with a smile and nothing is too much trouble. A very relaxed atmosphere, the lounge and bar area is perfection decor. We treated ourselves to room 5, which has recently been refurbished with two rooms knocked into one. Nothing has been spared, it it luxurious, decorated to very high standards, bathroom is beautiful, all comparable to top-notch hotels in the London . . . but better!! We had full English breakfast and an evening meal. All beautifully cooked and presented (as you will see by our photographs) Our stay was a delight, we have made good friends in Tony and Mike and no doubt we will return year after year . . that's if there are vacancies!

Room Tip: All rooms are a high standard but room 5 is their masterpiece!!

Tony and Mike make this bed and breakfast truely exceptional. Nothing is too much trouble, the food is very very good and the rooms are high quality. We chose the Kenley because it was rated number 1 on Trip Adviser and we can see why, we were not disappointed. We will be visiting again.

Me and my partner have just returned from a great trip to Blackpool, we stayed for 2 nights. upon arrival at the Kenley we were informed that they were only ourselves and another couple and their little girl from Ireland, who were incidentally very lovely people. Because it was quiet we were immediately upgraded to the new room which was beautifully decorated, as was the dining room and lounge. The breakfast was spot on and the only quibble i had no fried bread hardly worth mentioning just a personnel preference. well done to the two owners who have put a lot of effort into making their business a success.

Stayed at the Kenley for a surprise treat for our sons 9th birthday, the hotel is very modern & immaculate throughout. On arrival we were greeted with coffee & cake whilst our suitcase was taken up to our room,a very pleasant surprise. The bar is very reasonably priced and has a retro table video game, which kept our son amused for hours.Excellent breakfast with the full english freshly cooked. A special thanks to Tony & Mike for the surprise birthday treat for our son.
This hotel fully deserves its No1 ranking.
