Best b&b we have ever stayed in. We were made to feel so welcome and were offered tea/coffee as soon as we arrived. Our bags were taken to our room which was spotless with modern decor. When we arrived we were asked what we would like for breakfast and nothing was any bother. Good variety from fruit and yogurt to the full english breakfast all of which was out of the world. Evening meal was also out of this world at the value price of £12 for 4 courses. Tasted like something out of a top restaurant. Can certainly see why its number 1 on trip advisor. Will certainly book again on our next trip to blackpool.

Hi
After my most recent visit to the Kenly Hotel in Blackpool I am now adamant that this small Hotel should be nominated for the small hotel of the year award. This category honours special and unique services, standards of excellence in welcoming and assist¬ing guests throughout their stay and the creation of inclusions, amenities, or features that make the Kenley Hotel – and the visit – especially pleasant. The staff (Tony and Mike) go well beyond the “call of duty” to provide truly superior service every day. May I suggest that you contact the Kenley Hotel and sample a unique experience to the highest standards?
This Hotel http://www.kenleyhotel.co.uk/ should be recognized for its excellent standards and professional approach, which should be endorsed by a specific hospitality award, which supports the suffering hospitality industry in this area.
Kind Regards,
Mr Paul Watson (BA)

Just back from a weeks holiday at the Kenley. We have been staying at the Kenley every year since Tony & Mike took over the hotel and every time we go it seems to get better as they both make us, my son and my mum feel so welcome. They will do everything possible to accommodate us even if they have to put themselves out with the re-arranging of the rooms to suite us. They are also very good at keeping a parking space or us which is excellent as parking can be a bit of a problem. Also the meals are absolutely fantastic, better than some big hotels. My mum who is in her 80's loves staying there as they make her feel so at home in the evening when she is left on her own. Can't wait to go back again as staying there just makes your holiday complete. Would not like to say anywhere else in Blackpool after spending so many years there.

What a wonderful welcome you get from tony and mike on entering the kenley. We stayed mon to fri at the end of june, had two kids with us a 7yr old and 9yr old both fuss eaters, both were asked each morning what they would like for dinner and got what they asked for. The meals at the kenley are superb, at lunchtime all we managed to eat was a scone as we had a full scottish breakfast in the morning and a 4 course Meal at tea-time. Its always a pleasure to go back

Just got back from a two night stay at the Kenley, and would highly recommend it to anybody planning a trip to Blackpool. The bedrooms are very well decorated and very clean and a provide good level of comfort, bathrooms are modern and again very clean.

My wife and I were visiting friends and family so were away from the hotel quite a lot but whenever we needed to ask a question, get a taxi or indeed anything the hosts were always there and happy to help.

Oh! one more thing FANTASTIC freshly cooked full English breakfast.

If your going to Blackpool book the Kenley!!!!

A few weeks ago i had not heard of Trip Advisor and when friends from work recommended that i check on there first before i book anything, and i was so glad i did, and even more glad to find they had availability for the dates i required. I wanted to surprise my wife with flowers on arrival so i spoke to Tony and he told me not to worry and he will arrange everything for me and just to e mail him what message i would like on the card with the flowers. When we arrived we were warmly welcomed by Mike and Tony and were asked if we'd like tea or coffee or any refreshments. Also, there was no parking on the street when we arrived so Tony whose car was parked outside their hotel kindly moved his car so i can park my car there (HOW KIND IS THAT). Tony then helped us carry our things to our room, and to my sunrise there was a huge bunch of flowers waiting for my wife (they honestly looked like a £30 bunch of flowers and i was shocked when Tony said they were £15 and my wife loved them. Breakfast every morning was a real joy, it was top class food you would find in a 5 star restaurant. In the evenings my wife and i liked to relax in the lounge and bar area after coming in from a day/evening out and Tony and Mike would join us in the lounge and make us feel so welcome and we would talk as if we were friends from years and years ago. Tony makes evening meals as well which gets served at 5pm and as my wife and i were out on Saturday and were not sure we would be back by then Tony made us a dessert when we came back to the hotel and it was to die for, never tasted anything so nice (and i am a dessert king, i love em) Will definitely be having the full 3 course dinner there next time. The place was spotless and the decorated beautifully, Cannot recommend this place enough, it was like home away from home, i just got home and am missing it already, There are just to many good things to say about this place i could go on for hours, Tony - My wife wants more hot chocolate, and mines a Carling top please, lol - See you guys soon
