A lovely hotel that we would certainly come back to if visiting Blackpool again: the owners were polite and helpful, greeting us with tea and biscuits, and keen to offer advice regarding Blackpool's amenities. Our room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a clean bathroom & powerful shower. You also get to choose items for your breakfast menu in advance, which was nice, and the breakfast was excellent. Another benefit is that the promenade and attractions are all 5/10 minutes walk away. Thanks Joseph and Kalpina, from Rebecca and James.

After a horrible 5h journey up the M6 we were relieved to find 'The Address' to be a spotlessly clean and comfortable B&B. There is some parking out the front of the house, and more just behind which is £8 for 24h. We were welcomed with a tray of cakes and biscuits which were much appreciated by my two children. Travelling with my children but without my husband for the first time meant that safe, family-friendly accommodation was top of my list, and The Address ticked all those boxes. I would definitely recommend it as THE place to stay in Blackpool if you are travelling alone or with small children. We had neglected to book in for an evening meal which I regret - I'm sure the meal would have been as delicious as the breakfast and far superior to the dive where we ended up eating that night! We ended up returning to the B&B by 9pm as we had dodged enough drunks and vomit by that point to make us want to just get back somewhere nice and clean! We were extremely comfortable in our room and made use of the wall-mounted TV which is angled just right for snuggling up in bed to watch.

After a great night's sleep we went downstairs for breakfast and were greeted with presents for the kids waiting on the table - thank you. We thoroughly enjoyed Joseph's wonderful breakfast, I tried the porridge with whiskey which was a great start to a very wet & windy day. The cooked breakfast was great, the pancakes lovely, and Kalpana even got me a Diet Coke instead of tea or coffee, which often flummoxes other B&B owners! We checked out & set out for the day, not realising that I had managed to leave my purse in a drawer. Kalpana kept this safe for me until I was able to return to collect it, which I was very grateful for.

Overall, I hated Blackpool (sorry Blackpool) but loved The Address (thanks Joseph & Kalpana).

Room Tip: Room 5, a family room on the 2nd floor, is the only room on that floor so it was very quiet and safe...

The Address in Blackpool is one of the best B & B's we have stayed in. It was exceptionally clean and the room was lovely. The breakfast was superbly cooked and they had a whole range of foods available. Joseph's omelette was beautiful and according to my husband the best he has ever eaten. Joseph and Kalpana were exceptionally friendly and couldnt do enough for you. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I would highly recomment this B & B to anyone who is visiting Blackpool. We used the disabled room with a walk in shower. The room was excellent and had everything that was needed and a whole lot more. Overall this is the best B & B and excellent value for money. I think many other B & B's could take note. Will definately be going again.
Thank you Joseph and Kalpana for a wonderfull holiday.

Totally agree with many of the other positive comments. Very warm welcome followed by meticulous attention to detail made for a great stay. Lovely clean room and great cooked breakfast. Kalpana & Joseph go out of their way to ensure you have everything you need. Left my charger behind. When i phoned Joseph already had it packed and it was posted on and arrived at home next day. Such service; if only all B&B's could be like this!
Wish we had tried the evening meal now so will have to go back again! Parking is limited so make sure you reserve a spot and book direct if you can.

Room Tip: Room 2 was a large family room; some road noise but not intrusive.

Can honestly say that we have never stayed in a hotel like this before in blackpool. The service and the attention to detail that Joseph and Kalpana provide was first class. We stayed in a family room with our two young daughters and the room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was first class, my husband had joseph's home made pancakes and has not shut up about how delicious they were, the welcome we got when we arrived put any reservations we may have had to bed and can honestly say this was the best stay in blackpool we have ever had!

Lovely couple who made our stay more inviting. Rooms were clean. Would highly recommend booking the home cooked evening meal in advance. This is the second year we've stayed to see the lights and they've made us feel as welcome as ever. Breakfast was outstanding and set us up for the day. On the final day of leaving they made a special effort with the children.
