We have just returned from yet another short break at our favourite seafront hotel which is in an ideal location for all the delights of Blackpool. The rooms are spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated and the staff are warm and welcoming. Debbie the owner ensured that our stay was the best possible and certainly 'goes the extra mile' in making everyone feel welcome and special, nothing is too much trouble for these people.

Room Tip: The mid-week four night break is excellent value.

Please don't read any of these reviews as they are aload of rubbish. The rooms are bit small but very clean, tidy and very very comfty. Can not fault this hotel in any way. The staff are very friendly and helpfull. Its centeral for everything just like many places u have to walk or taxi to get anywere. The woman debs that owns it u can not fault. She is very friendly and helpfull and can not do enough for you. The breackie is fab and fills u up for the day. As I said before the owner is the niceist woman and so friendly. I advise you if you ever want to stay in blackpool please please stay at this hotel. The most friendly hotel I have stayed in. Don't believe these reviews

Found this hotel on the internet -unfortunatly did not read as far as the year it won Hotel of the Year.Paid £180 deposit for two rooms.Arrived lunch time after driving from Stirling to be shown 2 tiny little rooms on the 4 floor. As my 76 father is unable to climb that far explained these were unsuitable. No where in the advert did it say there were no lifts. My mother got upset and asked if we could have our deposit back to find some where more suitable. We were told no.We said we would get something to eat and decide what we could do.
On returning 2 hours later still only 4.00pm we were told that they had given our rooms to someone else and ordered out of the hotel. We refused to leave and the land lord picked up our cases and throw them onto the pavement.AVOID AVOID AVOID

Don't bother with this Hotel, I reserved online and have heard nothing back since, despite numerous unanswered phone calls and unanswered emails. Disguisting service. Glad it wasnt confirmed as have realised it is miles and miles from the nightlife.

The hotel was very homely and the lady who owned it couldnt do enough for you. The breakfast was great and the location of the hotel was straight in the centre of everything just down from the central pier. The rooms were fairly small but you dont go on holiday to sit in the room do you so for us it was perfect.
All in all, enjoyable from start to finish! would definately stay here again!
