Had a great time here last week ( 20th January ).
The receptionist was friendly and efficient, the room was clean and spacious and warm. The food was very good with a good variety each evening. The breakfast range just as good from full English to toast and marmalade. All areas were clean and the bar prices were reasonable.
All in all a good hotel we will be back without any hesitation.

Just got back from a fantastic new year break with my son who has learning disabilities, I can't praise the staff enough for their dedication to making sure everyone had a great stay!!
The food was first class and nothing was too much trouble for the staff, they went out of their way for eveyone and were always really pleasant and polite.
The entertainment was also great and catered for all tastes!
The staff on reception from making the booking to checking out were great, so helpful and friendly.
Can't wait to come and stay again, my son Mark is asking already when we are going back!
Thankyou all so much, Angela + Mark (302) *********

Love this hotel, stayed on a few occasions, although the room was a bit of a tight squeeze it was warm with a very comfy bed! Arrived back after a night out and was starving.. no problem, night porter on hand brought me food served with side salad to my room... LOVED IT!!
The breakfast was of excellent quality and plentiful!
The bar area is well furbished to high standard, the drinks not over priced nor watered which, goes a long way in blackpool believe me!
The ladies toilets in the bar area were immaculate, for me this is an important point!
No pressures, came and went as we pleased, staff of all descriptions were lovely.
Location top totty (Albert Rd ) will certainly stay again.

Room Tip: Ask for a large room if you have difficulty with space as some rooms can be a bit of a tight squeeze...

Went to a Party night last year and the food was passable for the price and the entertainment was okay. This year the food was rubbish , Starter tinned mushrooms in condensed mushroom soup all turned gloopy as they were cold. Same for the sauce with the fish I didn't even taste it , thought better not will probably get food poisoning , tureen were not coming out hot enough so all of our tables food was cold , asked for them to warm it and they just took it away with not much apology I might add and poured hot gravy on it . It was still cold . The staff were unpleasant. The entertainment this year was pitiful wont be returning next year .
