Read a few reviews for Branston Lodge and knew after the first 3 or 4 that that this Guest house was going to be top class. We weren't disappointed! Stayed here yesterday (6th May) and we are already looking to return soon. Mike and Sally we're the perfect hosts and really made us welcome from the very start. Stayed in the triple room which was just perfect for two adults and a tall 11 year old. The room was very spacious and immaculate! Breakfast was plentiful and beautifully cooked! We are so pleased to have found this hidden gem and can't wait to return, hopefully very, very soon!!!

What a fantastic place. Sally and Mike gave us a warm welcome and could not do enough for us. This guest house is spotless. The breakfast was excellent. Decided at the last minute to stay in Blackpool and we are so happy we chose the Branston lodge.Ideal location just a few minutes walk from the tram and bus stops and the Pleasure beach. We stayed in room 5 and was suprised how big the room was. We will definetly be back again,

After a cold day at the Pleasure Beach, Sally and Mike gave us a very warm welcome. The family room was lovely. Bright, spacious and well decorated. Beds very comfortable and room spotless. Breakfast was lovely. We only booked in for one night but wished we had stayed longer, Would highly recommend,

We needed somewhere at quite short notice and after reading some really fabulous reviews on tripadvisor our choice was made.
The room we were allocated was larger than expected which was really great as I like room to move about, we were in room 5 and it was very homely and comfortable with ensuite facilities and complimentary toiletries.
The hosts Mike and Sally were very welcoming and obviously take great pride in running their business to such a high standard.
Breakfast was lovely and set us up for the journey back to Dundee. If we return to Blackpool we would definitley stay here again as there was nothing to fault about this establishment, and believe me if I was unhappy I would not be prepared to recommend somewhere, keep up the good work, best regards, Blanche & Dave

This was our 4th stay at the Branston Lodge, Mike and Sally make our yearly trip more and more enjoyable.
They still have the same great personalities and a 'nothing is too much trouble' attitude.
I can honestly say I have never stopped in a B+B that has made me more welcome.
Hopefully we will be back next year, it started off with just 3 of us 4 years ago, this has now grown to 6,
I have stopped in 4 different rooms so far and all of them are really spacious, spotlessly clean and its just like home from home.
Well done to Mike and Sally and keep up the good work.

Room Tip: Room 1 is good if you have mobility problems, as it is on the ground floor.

This was the third time that we have stayed with Mike and Sally. On arrival we were given a warm welcome, and made to feel comfortable straight away. The rooms and the building were spotless. The breakfast was good (and large!), and set you up for the day. Nothing was too much trouble for these very friendly hosts, be it directions, advice on places to visit, or more tea and toast! This is an excellent place to stay, and we would thoroughly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Blackpool.

On a slightly different note, don't make any plans which rely on the tram system, which was regularly running up to twenty minutes late!
