Just got back from Blackpool after spending a night at the Branston Lodge. Was given number from another B&B which was full, not having had time to review hotel was a bit apprehensive. As soon as we arrived knew we had no worries. Mike and Sally were both lovely and room exceptionally clean, with a great breakfast in the morning. Great location with no noise in the evening. Will definitely stay again though may have to book in advance seeing all the good reviews which they justly deserve. Many thanks for a stress free stay in Blackpool. Heidi, May, David and Julia.

Mike and Sally were the utmost in hosts. Nothing was a problem to them especially with our granddaughters for breakfasts. Family room was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Lovely quiet location but still accessible for all entertainment.. Mike and Sally were helpful in suggesting what bargains were to be had.. On arrival greeted with a very welcome cup of tea and juice and crisps for the children. Both Mike and Sally were in tune with the children - Mike being quite a comedian. Food was great and plenty of it. We will certainly be going back again. Best place we have stayed in for many a year.Mike even carried our luggage into the hotel.

Room Tip: Having visited Blackpool for the last 45 years and stayed in a variety of establishments I would ce...

We have just returned from a stay at Branston Lodge. Mike and Sally are excellent hosts and could not do enough for you. We were given a very warm welcome on arrival and had a friendly chat over tea and coffee before Mike and Sally helped us with our luggage to our rooms. We had a double room and a twin room and both were very high quality with refreshments and toiletries supplied. The rooms were very spacious and clean with everything you could wish for. The en-suite facilities were spotless and much bigger than other bed and breakfasts we have stayed in. Breakfast was excellent too with cereals, juices, traditional full English, toast and tea or coffee. It really sets you up for the day. The location was very good for us and close to the tram stop. We parked in Mike and Sally's off street parking at the back of the property. Mike and Sally took a genuine interest in what you had planned for the day and if you had enjoyed your day. We were made to feel very welcome and will recommend this bed and breakfast to everyone we know. You will have a very enjoyable stay and we will definitely go back every time we are in Blackpool. Thank you Mike and Sally for a great home from home experience. Chris, Linda, Emily and Matthew. xx

My wife & i took a snap decision to travel to Blackpool midweek for a couple of days & found good reviews for the Branston. We were given a warm welcome by Mike & Sally who seem to be genuinely nice people. The room we had was spotless & we had a decent nights sleep, in a quality bed. Breakfast too was very nice and we wouldn't hesitate to stay at this hotel again.

Booked into The Branston Lodge last minute after looking on trip advisor as the reviews were very promising ; ) We were not disappointed ! On arriving at the Branston lodge we were greeted by Mike and Sally were asked if we would like a tea or coffee , how our journey was and Mike asked us if we would like him to park our car around the back of the B & B where there is gated parking for residents : ) ( Bonus in Blackpool ) x
After our rather refreshing cuppa and a lovely chat and laugh with our hosts they proceeded to carry our bags to our room for us !! The room was roomy , freshly decorated , clean and cosy x: ) the bathroom very roomy and very fresh and spotless . ( with little bottles of shower gel . shampoo etc ) And fresh bath , hand and face towels . There was tea and coffee making facilities and plenty of sachets to make these and little packets of biscuits too . a wardrobe , chest of drawers a large mirror and mounted flat screen tv and nice finishing touches to the room just made it perfect for us .
After a refeshing nights sleep in the very comfortable bed we had a nice shower and headed down to breakfast . Again warmly welcomed by our hosts and a fabby breakfast , cereals , fresh orange juice , tasty cooked breakfast made with quality ingredients , toast ( with jams , marmalade etc ) and tea or coffee to finish : ))
We were situated within walking distance of the promenade , shops and pleasure beach .
Overall we would highly recommend this fabulous B & B to anyone who wants to stay in Blackpool .
Big thank you to Mike and Sally ( such a friendly and warm couple ! ) We will certainly be back : )) x
