“Awesome as usual!”
Reviewed 21 February 2014

We have stayed here numerous times and always enjoy our stay. The rooms are clean and amenities good. Phil makes you feel incredibly welcome. It really is home from home. The food is also excellent - good, home cooked food and there is always plenty of it. The breakfasts are amazing. We regularly stay here as a big group and nothing is too much trouble. The location of the hotel is also good. You can walk into the centre of Blackpool but there is a tram stop nearby and a taxi costs about £5-£6. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you're after a quiet, warm, welcoming hotel.

We've just had yet another fantastic weekend at The Moorings. The hotel is clean and well kept its just like home from home. The food is fantastic their breakfasts are the best I've ever had. The hotel is situated in a quieter part of Blackpool with a lovely view overlooking Gynn Square
which makes parking so much easier. The hosts Phil and Elaine just cant do enough for you there two lovely people. In fact its that nice we've been going there for over 13 years, hope to go again in may.

Thank you so much for your kind comments. It is always a pleasure to welcome you back to the Moorings. We are so thankful that we are still able to attract you back here after all these years, particularly, with there being so much choice out there. Both you, and all our other returning guests make the 'job' so worthwhile.
Thanks again.
See you both soon.

Another brilliant weekend at The Moorings. Hosts Tony and Elaine are wonderful and you are made to feel very welcome. Home from home. Breakfasts that keep you going all day till you arrive back at the hotel for a lovely dinner. Looking forward to the next visit in October.

Thank you for your wonderful comments. Once again you all seem to have had an excellent weekend, and both Elaine and I are only too happy to be a part of your enjoyment.
Nigel always seems to be able to conjure up different and exciting themes, which he and Diane organise so well.
We look forward to seeing you soon.
