This hotel is in a great location, close to a tram stop on the seafront, so that was really good. And I quite like the way the hotel has been decorated. But to be honest, I didn't really enjoy my experience there.

The room was grim- could use a little bit of updating. There were some weird stains on the ceiling, a iron mark of the carpet, and it was really stuffy. Unfortunately the heating was on a timer - the receptionist said we could wait for the night porter who could turn it off - but we didn't really want to wait as it was just so hot! I managed to turn it off myself but the room remained quite warm. A bit uncomfortable.

The reception staff were so lovely, but the staff at breakfast were not. Not at all polite or friendly; they were a bit short with us for some reason. We were told where to sit, but the breakfast table was missing stuff though, like teaspoons and butter and napkins, so I had to hop around other tables taking stuff. My mate's food took a while to arrive, which isn't a problem at all, but mine was brought instantly, so we had to eat separately. Most places bring food at the same time so you can eat together.

I did feel a bit let down overall and probably won't be going back. But the location is good so if you just need a bed for the night then you'd be alright here, but not for a nice weekend away.

I stayed in the Parisienne with my boyfriend for a week . We enjoyed our stay and would return to the same hotel . The staff were lovely and very helpful . Im a fussy eater but I still enjoyed my breakfast. The hotel was just a walk away from the pier and there was a tram stop just up from it. We were able to relax and enjoy our time away in the hotel.

Returned today after a 3 night break with our social club. There was 27 in our party. From the time we arrived we received A+ service. On arrival, which was slightly later than we anticipated we was greeted by Howard, had complimentary tea/coffee and biscuits waiting for us. Given sticky labels with our room numbers on to stick on our cased which were taken to our rooms. Myself and my Husband were in room 201. A sea view room with a double and single beds in. It was lovely and clean plenty of cupboard/drawer space. Our only little moan are the double bed is a small double but thankfully having the single I slept in that for comfort :) they were hard and squeaky and didnt go much on the lumpy pillows and the shower cubicle is very small and claustrophobic but was ok. Now to the staff. All the staff were fab from the reception girls to Rita our breakfast waitress who was so accommodating and full of smiles every morning. Rita is a star. Trevor the night porter was great fun and he kept us replenished with drinks, nothing was too much trouble for him he was great. We was invited for a glass of champagne by Howard on Saturday night which was a lovely touch and Howard made an effort to come and say goodbye this morning before we left. The entertainment to be honest we only caught the end of each evening as we went out to shows but what we saw was ok. The food was plentiful and great. Evening meal is a 5 course. I can honestly say apart from the beds and the shower the whole experience was lovely to the extent that our social club are looking to return again next year :) Thank you to Howard and all his staff xx

Room Tip: Excellent staff and food. About 10 mins walk to Tower.

My partner and myself stayed for a couple of nights. We had absolutely no complaints - the room was big, clean, nicely decorated and with a lovely sea view; we got parking on the hotel forecourt; the reception was staffed by a very friendly and helpful young lady. The breakfast was a good start to the day. The location of the hotel is brilliant, only 10 minutes from the Blackpool Tower. There was entertainment provided in collaboration with another hotel nearby but we did not avail ourselves of this; still, it was nice to know it was there. The price was reasonable (especially given the size of the room) and, for our needs, it was perfect. All in all, we were very pleased with our time at the Parisienne and would stay again.

Room Tip: Sea view twin on first floor is very spacious.
