We stayed here for 2 nights, and we're pleasantly surprised. We were warmly welcomed by Carol with a lovely cupa.
Our room was lovely, and very clean, and with a sea view. There was even free wifi to use, Clean cups with coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. The TV with freeview worked. The shower was lovely and warm. With shower gel and clean towels.
The breakfast was cooked to perfection. And wasn't small by any means. We liked carol and John so much we even stopped in the hotel for drinks our second night.
We enjoyed it that much we have booked another stay in June.
I would recommend the Habberley house to every one.

Had a 1 nights stay at Habberley House and have to say it was a very pleasant experience. From the moment we arrived both John and Carol were great hosts, very welcoming and it felt less like staying in a B&B more like visiting friends. The Breakfast was sensational, one of the best i've ever had the experience of eating. We stayed in "Clara" a lovely room, excellently kept with plenty of space for a couple and a perfect place to relax and unwind following the sights, just a stones throw walk down the promenade. With regard parking, there is a car park at the seafront end of Cocker Street 2/3 minutes walk down the road which is £7.50 for 24 hours and only £8.00 for 48 hours rising to £14 for 4 days and excellent value given it's location in comparison to others. Finally many thanks to John and Carol and we will definitely be returning.

Lovely place to stay. John and Carol are lovely family people, very accommodating to any wish. Breakfast was excellent. I would go back just to see them and stay there, however Blackpool itself is a dump.
Thanks John and Carol keep it up.

Room Tip: Lovely place to stay, small family friendly and reasonable. Stay at the Victoria room, great for 2...
