“Why take away the wristbands”
Review of South Pier

This pier was so brilliant now its going downhill and loosing trade the wristbands that were £14.99 was a reason i visited sadly for some unknowen reason they have been taken away for the stupid ticket based system every year the pier was packed full of people wearing wristbands. Bring them back as a father of 4 it was easy just to buy a wristband instead of spending hunderds of tickets. When we return in August i will just go to the please beach for £23 all day riding. Its a shame that you have taken away the wristbands you will loose out on so much now.

Kind Regards
Luke

A end to a good day, exploring the pier. A member of our party uses a wheelchair very accessible would return.

Out of blackpools 3 piers, this one is the best. Best arcade, best rides and most entertainment. Plenty to see and do on this pier. Wristbands can be purchased for unlimited rides. Either side of the pier is a go kart track and a log flume. Hours of fun while the tide is in.

Hi,
Thank you for taking the time to leave this review, we are so pleased you enjoyed your time on South Pier. We don't actually offer unlimited rides wristbands anymore but we have put in some fantastic rides ticket deals in it's place. Hope to see you again soon.
Thank you

It’s advertised as open everyday until late, yet all the rides and the laughing donkey are closed before 7pm

Situated close to the pleasure beach attractions this pier seems the busiest of the three, I also felt that the prices had been slightly hiked up, for instance 5 donuts here cost £3 where as on the central pier 5 donuts were £2.50 also the clientele seemed a little younger.
