I was extremely disappointed by Gary he was quite abrupt when I asked for an extra plilow his reply was if you had asked anytime in the last 5 hours I could have helped ooooo so sorry I did mean to ask but slipped my mind and was out all day, put me off asking anything of him again even loo roll never got replaced so went and bought my own, apart from that a nice homely hotel with the majority of staff being pleasant also note plastic covers on mattress which make you sweat buckets

Can't say enough about The Boston. The staff are so friendly and can't do enough to help. The rooms are clean and well laid out for comfort. The food and entertainment are very good. Enjoyed it so much we are going back in July !!!

Room Tip: Ask for a room with a sea view

Very friendly hotel.

Meals are great.

Staff very helpful.

Entertainment is good but please be mindful that there is a comedian called Mr Nairn whose act is on par with chubby brown and not for a family audience.most of the material is of a sexist homophobic racist content and really the hotel could do a whole lot better. That said and to be fair the majority lapped it up whilst others left and one guy told him what he thought as he slinked out of the building.

Won't be back but thanks to the good guys at this hotel who are trying there best only to have it spoilt by a rude old man who really should retire !

We've been going to the Boston for about seven years now and it's like visiting family. Gary and the team make us so welcome and the food is fabulous.
Our favourite wee star was missing this trip so Aideen, we missed you. Simon does his best but he doesn't have your sparkle. The standard of the acts is brilliant
Our room was spotlessly clean and welcoming. The staff worked hard to make sure that they were kept that way.
There was a private function in the dining room just as we were leaving and the staff worked tirelessly to make sure it went well. Francis and the team in the kitchen did a wonderful job on the buffet and May and her team had it set out beautifully.
Will we be back? You bet we will!! From the minute we walk through the door to the minute we walk out, the Boston is friendly, welcoming and a great place to stay.

Room Tip: If you don't want to hear the cabaret, then ask for a room at the top of the building.

Dear Lindakilmarnock

And the prize for the Boson Hotel's most loyal customer goes to Linda from Kilmarnock :-)

Thanks again for another wonderful review Linda and for the endless supplies of Killie pies, tattie scones, tea cakes and square sausage. ( You'll go to heaven )

You've been a great friend to the Boson over the years and we hope this continues for many years to come.

See you again very soon!

Best Wishes
