We arrived after a few hours travel to knock on the door. A female answered, there was no introduction she could have been the cleaner. Turned out she was the owner. When making the booking I was told we would be allocated a parking space for our stay. What they didn't say was there was only 3 actual parking spaces. We were told to park in an alley and to park as close to the wall. When I rang the bell a man then answered and when questioned about the parking he became very rude. Our full stay I saw neither of them smile. The woman Diana I believe as she didn't introduce herself spoke to staff like she was dirt on her shoe. The rooms were ok not fantastic. Family room the carpet was thread bare. The wet room shower was awful once someone had a shower you couldn't use the toilet unless you had your out door shoes on. Twin room had no hot water to shower when going out at night. It says there is iron and hair dryer in rooms. There isn't you need to ask for everything. We also asked for more pillows we got them 24 hours after we asked which meant a sleepless night. Breakfast the owner looked at you like you had horns when asking for food or glasses there was nothing ready you needed to wait. There was a young girl working her socks off. Second morning we needed to stand around waiting for a table. Not a great stay at all.

Room Tip: Pick another hotel. Not great

We always go by trip advisor but this time we were shocked. Yes it was very clean and staff are lovely, but very overpriced. Rooms small, couldn't move, no hot water in sinks.breakfast was like been in a youth hostel.

We stayed here for three nights in one of the family rooms, the owner could not have been more polite and said would try and accommodate anything we needed. The breakfasts in the mornings was lovely everything you needed for a long day out in Blackpool. The room was clean and tidy and was always clean and made up when we returned with fresh towels every day. We would use the hotel again as we know it is an excellent hotel.

This is a late review but we have visited the Ashley Victoria hotel on each occasion the family have travelled to blackpool. You couldn't possibly as for better service or hotel its a pleasure to always visit and I must state such a modern hotel!!! You don't see that nowadays in blackpool theyre all old and shabby but not here!! Each morning we all got a full English breakfast which was served in no time at all, the rooms are always spotless and so clean, fresh linen and towels each day and the beds are soo comfy its perfect. Its top notch! definitely recommended to go here! The owners are such brilliant hosts. My uncle who has special needs also needed medication which had to be put into a fridge and kept at a cold temperature and we were given our own mini fridge to store this. This hotel caters for people of all ages, the Wii and pool table for the kids and the bar is beautiful, its such a chilled and relaxed vibe and we are always made to feel very welcome here. If I could give this hotel 100 stars id give it 101.. its fab! We love coming here and cant wait to come back again. :)

Room Tip: All the rooms are fabulous I cant seem to think of 1 bad thing to say about the place

We stayed here over the busy bank holiday in August with our family of 5. The flat (2 bedrooms and a bathroom) was very clean and spacious. Good facilities in the rooms and nicely decorated. The owners were nice and pleasant and we were made to feel like we mattered to them which is a nice change from some places. The bar area was nice and quite big, nice breakfast room and games room. The only complaint we could raise would be to refer to the breakfasts. It was quite a small window of time (45 minutes) for you to get in the breakfast room, get seated, and get your breakfast which was a self serve buffet. There was so many people in the breakfast room we had to wait around 10 minutes for a table - which were not cleared as they were vacated so we had to move the used plates ourselves. Also, our family of 5 had to sit on separate tables. I mentioned this to the owner on our departure and in her defence, she stated that they had only just started doing breakfasts in the buffet style and she realised it wasn't successful and had already planned to change it. The breakfast itself though was nice and plentiful.
We would definitely recommend others stay here as on the whole it is very pleasant, clean, friendly and the prices are reasonable.

When we checked in we were given none clean rooms. We were shocked, so we complaint and they changed our room. The second room looked nice and clean at first glance. But realized that the toilet was not cleaned well as the marks were still showing and we found a bug in the room. We have not seen this bug before so we were not sure what kind bug it was. After showing them these they changed our room again. It was so disappointing as attention to details were not high.

the breakfast was average however it was open buffet. There was no fruit or yogurt just basic cereals. But there was good English breakfast without mushroom. The coffee was also no good as it was instant coffee. Also there were no herbal teas. There were problems with finding clean tables and there were ques all the time for anything. We stayed at so many 4star hotels and never seen an average one like this. This hotel like many others were in good location.

there was free wii to play however the pool table was not free. Big advantage was free parking.
