I have stayed in many hotels in Blackpool but nothing can come anywhere near Pride Lodge for price, stylishness, quality of rooms & the unique hosting skills of Keith & Tony.
Rooms are full with everything you may need for your time away ......... fridge, designer shower liquid, big golf umbrella in the wardrobe, & a wonderful state of the art wet room en suite, to name but a few!
I cannot praise Pride Lodge high enough, its a modern hotel ripe for today, a rare specimen, especially in Blackpool!
Try it & you'll know what I'm saying

I just returned from Pride Lodge after a fantastic weekend. Tony and Keith are wonderful hosts and the hotel is excellent. They are so accomodating and friendly and made us feel right at home from the second we walked in. We will deffiately be staying there again in the future. Pride lodge is in a fantastic part of Blackpool and local for all tourist attractions and the gay village.

I could not praise this fantastic wee hotel more highly. Spent the weekend here and can only echo the comments of previous guests. Top class rooms, spotless and spacious. Great big comfy bed, great bathroom and free use of the hot tub in the beautifully kept garden. Breakfast was excellent. When returning to Blackpool I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
Tony and Keith are so welcoming and will give you any advice you need about the area. Thank you so much guys for your hospitality. I could use every superlative in the book for this review and it wouldn't say it all for the friendly atmosphere you create.

i booked a room at the last minute and was greeted by a genuinly freindly welcome .my bag was carried to my stunning room for me . everything fully explained .the idea of dinning in your own room was really appealing and was told i could bring my own drinks and put them in the room fridge .there is a good selection of foods on the menu all reasonably priced and brought to your room for you .
having a glass of wine with dinner in my room was just so relaxing .just what i wanted .
the garden and hot tub are a real feature .all free to use during the day , spent a cpl of hours in the hot tub n garden ..very well set out and a clever use of space .
i will definatly be returning to this delightful hotel i cannot paraise it enough..excellent location .good rates and nearby cheap parking (bank st )
iv stayed in some very nice hotels ,but this is the best service ive EVER recieved from anywher.
felt i arrived as a guest n left as a freind .
great guys .

We stayed here last weekend and definitely picked the right place. As other reviews have said everything is thought of by the friendly hosts and the place is spotlessly clean. Loved the hot tub and being able to while away some time in there whilst sipping wine! Rooms were great and the hotel itself was close enough to everywhere but still quiet.

Will definitely be recommending Pride Lodge to our friends and returning ourselves at some point.

I have stayed in this fantastic hotel many times on my increasingly frequent and extended visits to Blackpool. Sadly this was my last stay because I have now moved to Blackpool but one of the main reasons for that decision was the great times I have had whilst staying at Pride Lodge. Keith and Tony, the owners and hosts, are exceptionally lovely guys. They are so friendly and helpful and seem to think of everything (even things you never realised you needed). The hotel has always been extremely comfortable but the latest refurbishment of all the bathrooms has added an extra level of luxury and opulence with the fabulous new walk-in showers in all the rooms. Added to the comfort and quality there is also the great food service. This is optional so that if , like me, you never get up in time for breakfast you don't need to feel compelled to do so to avoid wasting it, but you can order it the night before if you want it. There is also an on demand evening meal or snack service. Keith is a great cook and his food is something I'm really going to miss now that I have to cook for myself again.

The location of the hotel could hardly be better. It is just across the road from Blackpool North railway station and round the corner from the large APCOA covered car park above Wilkinsons in Queen Street so its great however you travel there. It is adjacent to the main gay area with all the bars, clubs and Funny Girls but faces away from them so doesn't get any noise disturbance if you actually want to sleep. The rest of Blackpool and the beach is also just a short walk away, so for any reason for visiting Blackpool it is in a great position.

There are also great deals on multi-night stays - check the Pride Lodge website for current deals but whilst I was there it was 4 nights for the price of 3 or the best deal of all is on a week's stay where you get 7 nights for the price of 5 plus a week's parking free if you come by car. Also new this year is half price on Sunday night if you stay Friday and Saturday nights. This is a deal really worth considering because Sunday is one of the best days in gay Blackpool - all the bars and clubs go back to weekday prices but there is a lot of free entertainment. For example its the main afternoon and evening live entertainment day at the Mardi Gras club and its still great fun even since Stella Artois left to go to Benidorm.

I have just loved this hotel, Im really sad not to be staying there in the future. Its the best small hotel I have ever stayed in, a real home from home but with all the main venues of the Blackpool gay scene right around the corner.

Room Tip: For the solo traveller the single room 1 is just great - all the facilities of the doubles and suite...
