Delicious, imaginative, creative food with attentive staff. Relaxed atmosphere. A lovely evening and looking forward to seeing how Maiyango creativity will engage with soon to be opened Jubilee Square. Will be back- that is for sure

Maiyango isn't the cheap option but the food is amazing. One of the best meals I've eaten in Leicester.

Impressive start to our first visit when on reserving a table we were asked whether any guests had any allergies, also asked whether we wanted to be seated in a pod for a later time, however we declined this as we didn't want to eat that late. Restaurant was busy when we arrived, and there was a big Hen party on, who were loud which wasn't what I expected at this type of experience. As there were two of us we were quickly seated after ordering our food at the bar. We were seated in the most awkward table ever, with views of the kitchen bin every time the kitchen door opened, not nice. The food however was good, we loved the extras which came between courses, and the lamb main was amazing. The food is a mix of English, Indian fusion eating. Wasn't to impressed with the cheesecake base which was made of cornflakes very soft. Wine list was good though. Our only comment about the service was we were served too fast, think we did 4 courses in 30mins! So not as enjoyable as it could have been. Definitely worth another visit with friends in a pod is a must and it wasn't that expensive which is great.

what a load of rubbish, 1st of all i dont mind pay top price if the food and service meets the price, but this place takes the piss, top prices for arty farty rubbish,
anyone thats been to the black horse in market bosworth or SAN GIOVANNI in atherstone will know what i mean, two places that are not cheap but they are worth every penny,
maiyango was very very disappointing the food was very poor.

Went to this Restaurant to eat for a birthday dinner. Food was decent but not a place I would go back too. On the other hand the restaurant has beautiful decor and a good selection of cocktails.
