one of the good hotel to stay, as I am regular at the Holiday Inn usually. Good location in the heart of city centre, one must like it as I do like this one better for location and breakfast. It is clean and comfortable and perfectly located.

It's on a traffic island & getting to it as a pedestrian is a challenge.

Ordered room service breakfast and it was the worst for quite a long time. Only 1 piece of toast, no butter and they couldn't even be bothered to provide a bowl for the cereal so I had to use the sugar bowl - stupid customer services said to complain, but I was too busy to wait, that's why I paid extra for in room breakfast.

Was a really poor start to a difficult business trip - my advice is Go Somewhere Else.

Although not very pleasing on the eye from the outside, the inside made up for that. Staying with friends for a birthday night out we found the hotel to be very good in all areas. Check- in was very easy and the staff very helpful, the bar area was ok and the rooms very spacious and clean. After a very enjoyable night in the city which is only a 5 minute walk away and a good nights sleep we went down for breakfast which was very good and plentiful, the choice was very good and the chef was only too pleased to do boiled/poached eggs. All in all a very enjoyable stay and would def return and recommend to others

I've been a regular at the Holiday Inn Express in Leicester for a year or so, but I must say I do like this one better for location and breakfast. It is clean and comfortable and perfectly located for the city centre. Food is better than average for hotels. Staff are friendly and helpful. The decor is a little worn in the rooms and the aircon/heating is a bit ancient. but it works. I must remember my swimming gear next time so I can try the pool and jacuzzi out!

Stayed here recently on business and had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. The hotel is very modern and clean with very friendly and helpful staff, was given an instant upgrade to a queen suite as Priority member. Food was typical Holiday Inn which always is always above average, Car Parking is at the adjoining NCP at £10 for 24 hrs. Very Pleasant.
