The hotel served our needs for a one night stay in a place we did not know. I do not like the location, but the rooms were the usual and adequate for our needs. The breakfast selection was good. We could leave our luggage until we had to leave later in the day free of charge which was useful.

Had a two night stay in Leicester for a conference, really just needed somewhere central to rest my head and this place did the job. The staff were really friendly and pleasant which surprised me, as hotel staff (especially when you check in late at night). The rooms were basic and clean, the beds were comfy. Obviously this wouldn't be a suitable trip for a romantic weekend away but somewhere basic to sleep - cant beat it! The only downside perhaps is the breakfast as there isn't much of a hot breakfast for the price you pay!

- does what it says on the tin - no more, no less. Room was of good quality although overlooked the railway station so if you wanted the window open you had to listen to endless announcements. On a plus side it is very handy for the train station and only a few minutes' walk from the city centre. Very helpful, friendly staff. I didn't try the food aas it all seemed very overpriced as per usual in these types of hotel. No complaints though, clean and well run.

I have stayed at many IBIS hotel whilst travelling on Business and must say this is the best one I have ever stayed in. The room was clean and light and for a buget hotel comfortable. The breakfast although the normal IBIS buffet was well above the normal IBIS standard. I would recommend this hotel for a business overnight stay or for a visit to Leicester.

A good choice for short/long duration stay. Very near to train station. Good breakfast. service was good. Bathrooms were little small to what I thought but that is ok. Altogether, had a very comfortable stay.

Good value, walking distance to city centre, excellent helpful, welcoming receptionist. Rooms are practical but let down on this occasion by hair and a stain in the shower, plus an overwhelming aroma of drains. Breakfast self-serve, basic. Disappointing that wi-fi is charged at £9.99 in this day and age but good that check out is not until midday. Would stay there again.

I stayed 2 nights at the hotel and found the rooms very clean spacious and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The recommended thai red curry very tasty and the breakfasts set me up for the day.
