For those of us who see hotels as somewhere to sleep rather than being the focus of our trip, Ibis always deliver. Easy access to train station and town centre, and given its location very quiet. Staff always friendly and willing to help. Yes, you get what you pay for, but it's also the way you do it, and Ibis Leicester do it well
Good hotel, close to Rail Station and City Centre. Easy walking distance to shops.
Very good value for money. The only problem was the lift light wasn't working, and they could have done with an extra person on reception, as the only two on duty on the Saturday & Sunday nights were multi tasking - cooking for guests in the restaurant and also trying to service reception.
This is our third stay at this hotel and everytime seems better than the one before. Rooms are clean and bright. Service is excellent, and staff so friendly. Dining is good and the breakfasts are so enjoyable. Have no hesitaiton in recommending this hotel to anyone wishing for a pleasant break. WE WILL RETURN!!

Only stayed one night but for that purpose and the price (£60) it was good value - basic room and whilst overlooking a main road the double glazing kept all noise out. Only issue in the room was that the water from the basin didn't run away as it should have done - apart from that, more than adequate. Breakfast was good value for just less than £7 - and perhaps what you'd expect for just less than £7 (the scrambled eggs looked a little "tired"). Had dinner there as well - again, good value and decent quality. Service at Reception was very good and I was made to feel very welcome. What more can you want for a one night's stay?
