This is our second time staying. It is perfectly located close to Leicester University, the city centre and less than a 10 minute walk to the train station. The flat is well equipped with good amenities. We really enjoyed our stay.

This was our third time staying at this wonderful place, and we love it ! Stuart and Shirley were there to meet us, and made us feel very welcome. Everything is clean and comfortable, and easy to work, and there is plenty of flatware and cutlery for when our Family come over to visit. The flat has everything that you need to stay in and cook, and the convenience of restaurants and pubs right on your doorstep for when you feel like going out.
There are numerous museums within walking distance, and also the King Richard exhibition.
Buses and trains are withinn easy walking distance, so it's easy to get around if you don't want to hire a car.

The Cotton Mill is the perfect place to stay when visiting Leicester, I will definitely be back. Everything is on the doorstep yet the apartment is extremely quiet and relaxing.
A big thank you to the owners for thinking of everything.

“Luxury In Leicester!”
Reviewed 20 September 2015 for a stay in September 2015

I stayed here for 3 weeks whilst working at The Curve Theatre. The Cotton Mill is pure luxury and is located in a really lovely quarter of Leicester City Centre. I couldn't have chosen better accommodation! So convenient for all amenities and lots of fab bars & restaurants on the doorstep! The owner, Stuart couldn't have been more helpful during the check in process and was a font of knowledge on all aspects of the area. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was roomy and powerful!! The bathroom and living/kitchen areas were beautiful. Although the apartment is only on the 1st floor, there is a lift if you struggle with stairs. A far better choice than any hotel and very reasonably priced! I'd highly recommend this place to anyone planning a visit to Leicester (a wonderful, friendly city!) The Curve Theatre is about a 10 minute walk. The nearest supermarket is about a 2 minute walk. The nearest pub is a literally a hop and a skip to the other side of the street! Despite being so centrally located, I didn't suffer any noise disturbance. The property is neatly tucked away in a lovely quiet street. If I ever find myself working in Leicester again in the future, I'll certainly be booking this place again, without a doubt!!

“Cosy luxury Location in the City Centre!”

When i came, Stuart and his wife were so friendly and gave me all the information i needed. This Apartment is such luxury and full of impressions from the owner. Everything is in a good condition and there is everything you need during your stay. Infront of the apartment about 20 metres away is a club...when you are not in the living room you dont hear any music, but its not too loud. I recommed that apartment for all. Its perfect for couples to relax in the City centre. Supermarket (tescoexpress) is just 3 min far. I was so exited to hear that this building was a victorian textile fabric...the original windows, floor (take care of small needles), wall (totally amazing old red). Im making a round trip thru UK and this residence was the best! Thank You Stuart

“Great, secure location to everything in Leicester.”
Reviewed 2 April 2015 for a stay in March 2015

My husband and I travelled to England to participate in the King Richard III events and reburial. The apartment was perfect for us as it was so close to the center of town, we could walk 2 blocks to see the casket go by. The apartment had everything we could need for our week's stay. It had some very interesting and appealing decorating. Small grocery store near by too. The bedroom was far enough from the living room that one of us could watch TV and not disturb the other We even were able to do a load of wash before we left for the next destination after Leicester. Stuart always responded quickly to my questions, even with our time difference. I would stay there again if I returned to Leicester, and it was available. The front door to the building locks too, so no one can enter the building that does not belong there. It gave me an extra sense of safety. I would highly recommend the Cotton Mill.

“Excellent clean and homely apartment”
Reviewed 11 March 2015 for a stay in March 2015

This is like home from home, excellent facilities and right in the city centre but surprisingly quiet due to the excellent brick construction. Nice and warm, with a great Kitchen and Bathroom, amazing solid wood floors (original from when it was a cotton mill). We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to our friends. Stuart was very helpful explaining how all the appliances worked and his wife had the place spotless. Great King bed and a lot more space than you would imagine. Highly Recommended!!
