Stayed for one night and I agree with a recent reviewer that it was very hot. We left the room fan on all night but a bit of AC would have been great. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Rooms are some of the best Premier Inn that I have seen.
One thing I would mention is that I arrived with my mother very late and had to park round the back and carry a lot of stuff in on a few trips. There were a number of guests outside drinking and smoking who were a bit rowdy and verging on unpleasant. Obviously Premier Inn can't control people's behaviour but I think the exterior of the hotel could maybe be a bit better lit as there were a lot of dark corners and I didn't always feel safe when I was going back and forth to my car.

I stayed here 2 nights with family visiting relatives in Leicester.

The hotel is located just near a retail park and main road but with no noise whatsoever. The room was great - very clean, with adequate provision for all our sleeping requirements. We enjoyed a spell of extremely warm weather during our stay and the only thing i would say is that it would have been nice to have air conditioning in the room as the windows only opened so far.

Breakfast was at the Beefeater restaurant on-site and was excellent value. The toaster caught on fire twice whilst we there, they may want to put bigger signs up to stop people putting croissants in!!

There was a nice patch of grass outside where the boys played football and the pub across the road did very reasonable meals with the benefit of an outdoor playground outside. The location was great, right next to the main road so access was good.

Staff were all friendly too. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

I stayed here during weekdays over a 2 month period whilst moving house into the area. Obviously I would not have stayed so long and often if the place was not good. Pefectly adequate rooms, clean, recent carpets etc. These hotels correspond exactly to their description, and give decent no-frills sleepovers. Beefeater next door always lively (the locals use it a lot - a good sign). A special word for very good reception staff at the hotel.

Friendly, helpful staff. receptionist incredibly helpful and smiley. Clean and reasonably priced. Perfect if you've business in this part of town.
Breakfast was off the menu as restaurant was being refurbished but they quickly overcame that by offering complimentary coffee and pastries the following morning.

Stayed here on business in November 2010. The staff are helpful, food was great and the accommodation is very comfortable, infact I think the Premier Inn beds are some of the most comfortable in all the hotels I have been in!
