Stayed for 1 night on business. Despite arriving close to midnight there was a very friendly and efficient check in service. Room to usual premier inn standard. Nice and quite overnight despite been near a busy road. Quick breakfast service.

We stayed for 1 week and aside from a slightly firm matress, we could not fault the hotel. The room was very clean and the staff were ever so friendly and helpful. We had our 1 year old daughter with us and they stored her milk in their fridge behind reception and would warm her bottle in the microwave everyday for us. We will definately stay again.

this was our 2nd visit to this premier inn and again the staff and facilities gave us a 5 star service for a 3 star price. The pub attached to the premier inn as a good bar menu and is excellent value for money. If you are stopping over the weekend book a table early to avoid disappointment.

Room Tip: all rooms we have stayed in are always quite and on this visit we were on the second floor there was...

The room was clean and value for money. The only criticism Is the WiFi facility in the room did not work but it was only free for 30 minutes anyway. If you wanted it for 24 hours you had to pay extra, But nevertheless the stay was still good value

Room Tip: Book early. I booked 4 rooms at one time on the internet, the first room cost me £39 and other 3 roo...

Reception staff very friendly, Very spacious and clean room, very little noise, comfy bed, could not ask for much more really.
Did not visit the "nearby" pub for breakfast/dinner, but it is a longer walk than you may normally expect from the Hotel, so on a very wet day would not be pleasant.

Room Tip: Hotel is close to a main road, but I had a top floor room overlooking it and it did not keep me awak...

Stayed here two nights to attend my son's wedding. The room was really nice, spacious and clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and it was a nice quiet place so able to get some much needed sleep. We ate breakfast both mornings and even my son was full. We had a meal in the restaurant and the food was lovely with quite large portions. We found the prices for the food to be really reasonable. We will be staying here again when we are next down in Leicester.

Stayed on a business trip. Booked very late and had little choice as to where to stay. The room at this Premier Inn was very nice, clean and quiet, with very comfortable bed. The nearby restaurant however was pretty grim. Greasy spoon type menu choice, sticky tables, short staffed and most were pretty sullen. Breakfast however was good and the morning staff were much more cheery!
