Stayed here for two nights. Booked in advance so excellent value. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast at Fayre and Square on site was good and again excellent value. Quiet location but handy for town centre and sight seeing. Car park was kind of small for the size of the hotel and packed with Sky vans who seemed to park wherever they liked- on the path and in disabled bays! That would be my only complaint though, overall very good and would recommend.

Bed was a bit too hard. Booked a double room
ended up sleeping on the pull-out because it was a bit softer.
A goodnight sleep i did not have.Staff were helpful when i mentioned
it after the first night, they tried another duvet over the mattress but it
did not do the trick. Got a refund no problem. Staff great.

Stayed for one night to attend at wedding and were very happy with our choice. The hotel had a character feel to the outside, I believe it was a conversion from an older building and made a pleasant change from the generic feel of most premier inns. The added bonus was we only paid £39 as a fixed price and it was well worth the money.

Inside we were greeted warmly and found our room (104b) easily which was a fair size and had everything we needed. The shower pressure was excellent, the bed was amazingly comfortable and we were very happy with our choice. Should we return to Leicester we would definately book in again. We never used the restaurant in the on site pub this visit so cannot say what the food was like.

The only reason is gets 4 stars is our room smelled of stale tobacco smoke. We slept with the window open but it made no difference and either someone was smoking and it came in through our window or a smoker had previously had our room. We never mentioned it until leaving as we were hardly in the room and it really wasnt a problem for us but they assured us we would have been moved had we raised the concern and were very apologetic indeed. Great staff!!

    Very friendly, warm and welcoming
Well presented rooms, good size with a bed to spread out in
Breakfast good value with lots of choice, setting for breakfast although across the car park is in a very pleasant building which is well presented

This premier Inn has everything you need. Clean bed, bathroom and furnishings. The only down side was that I couldn't turn the heating down. The restaurant on site does a lovely gammon steak (cooked to perfection). Try it.
