Owner description: Lincoln's friendliest, liveliest arts venue, packed full of the very best in theatre, comedy, musical theatre, pantomime, music, film, children's events, literature, dance... and much much more! We are open 9-5 Monday to Saturday and offer food and drink (and sometimes free live music) in our Cafe Bar between 9:30 and 4:30. The bar is also open for business when events are on in the evenings.

We take our family here every year around Christmas for the Pantomime. It's fun for all ages! There is light food and drinks that you can buy and eat while enjoying the show. Parking is not free but it is conveniently located right next to the Drill Hall.

Have been going here for a good many years, usually for a mid-day event, although we have attended in the evening. From the booking clerk to the usher, we are made to feel welcome and a valued client. Food could be served much faster, as there tends to be a bottle-neck at lunch time. The management could perhaps address this problem as it is about the only negative in an otherwise well-run organisation.

Wonderfully restored T.A. Hall, now having lovely airy bar and buffet area, leading into the small intimate auditorium, which puts on remarkably good shows featuring quite a few household names. Always a pleasure whether for a snack at lunchtime or a show at night. Bob Shaw

Recently I went to the Upstairs Room for the first time, I saw the play Still, great actors and felt that I was at the place in the story. I have been to lots of different types of plays, music and dance here and have never been disappointed

Check before you go if there is music on as usually it's free, I sit there on a Saturday afternoon listening to various artists. Food is really good although slightly limited menu, good range of bottled beer, try the Batemans Victory Ale!
