“Great Hotel”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 6 August 2014

I've stayed in many Premier Inns. This one is definitely the best. The staff were great. The rooms were clean. The ambient noise was low. The restaurant was good. The location was perfect. A great hotel for families and disabled. Only problem was the internet booking does not allow for booking a disabled room with children.

First class, have previously stayed at the Doubletreee Hilton Lincoln, but thought i would give this new hotel a try, it was half the price and just as good.
Parking at rear reasonable price £2.50 for 24 hours on a Sunday.
Staff were welcoming, room spotless and a good size, we were at the back overlooking the car park and were suprised how quiet it was, the rooms at the front overlook a very busy road.
Tip, you are just a short walk from a "wetherspoons" were we enjoyed a full English for £3.28.

We stayed at this premier inn for a short break, the hotel was clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. The staff were very good and the restaurant was also very good, food was very tasty. Will definitely stay again.

The hotel is located right in the centre of the city. Shops, cathedral and castle are within minutes walking. Parking seemed an issue with other reviews but a multistorey carpark is next to the hotel and costs only 4 pounds for 24 hours. The thyme restaurant is satisfactory and breakfast was to the usual good standard. Only slight downside was a creeky bed and the WiFi at £3 per day was quite poor but this may have been due to the room on top floor as far away from reception that we could get. Also the restaurant was of a poor quality at supply of gluten free for my wife who is coeliac.

We stayed at the end of July for 3 nights until 3rd Aug. Check in was very smooth and staff were friendly and courteous, offering advice. The room itself was clean and evident had a facelift, looking fresh. Only real negative would be the family room could have been slightly bigger, but not a real issue. We had payed for breakfast and kids ate free ... though like most they don't eat much and is certainly a family friendly policy. Breakfast are again looked well maintained and fresh, the options available were not immnese but enough cooked dishes and cereals etc. Overall was a very pleasant stay and would highly recommend. Parking was next door (£4.00) or accross the road (£3.50 all day), as we were out all day we parked on the road as free from 6pm to 8am ..then you have 1hr stay, so effectively until 9am.

Lovely modern hotel with excellent facilities and in a great location - in walking distance to all attractions (cathedral, Steep Hill, shops, waterside restaurants). The parking adjacent to the hotel was cheap and convenient. Lincoln was a very nice town to visit and would certainly recommend it!

I have stayed at this Premier Inn with my family 3 times this year and am never disappointed. It is a very new hotel and is modern, clean and welcoming. The multi-storey car park next door is very convenient (£4 for 24 hours) and although it is located on a busy road, we have never been disturbed by traffic noise. The city centre, with lovely shops, restaurants and the historic area is a few minutes walk away. The staff are very efficient and friendly and the beds extremely comfortable. Really good value.
