“Why Pay for an Expensive Hotel?”
Reviewed 26 August 2016 for a stay in August 2016

Why pay for a four or five star hotel when you can stay in a luxurious apartment by the Liverpool waterfront?
The owner met me at the apartment and showed me around; he had provided some milk, tea, bread, croissants, jam and a bottle of Prosecco.
The apartment itself is very nicely decorated and is in an old warehouse, so the rooms are very spacious and airy. There is a nice TV and an iPod docking station for entertainment.
The bathroom is large and has a lovely walk-in shower.
In terms of position, the apartment is less than 10 minutes walk to the city centre, so is well situated for exploring.
At night, the only sound you can hear is the occasional seagull and the sound of the water outside, so extremely peaceful.
If you are looking for a short break in Liverpool or even staying on business I would highly recommend this apartment.
