place was nothing like was advertised we were advised we would have a booth but it was basically a long table with a red paper cloth,Tacky waste of money do not ruin your weekend by visiting this venue.

I was with a party of 17 for a hen party, we were sat in 3 separate booths, we did not receive our complimentary presecco until we asked for it then it was only a third of a glass. We waited for an hour for someone to serve us with drinks as it was table service. One member of the party is a vegan even though we ordered this food and telephoned to check a vegetarian meal was sent, when it was corrected she had hummus and carrot sticks with a few bits of peppers on a skewer, my self asked for gluten free meal, and was given 3 chicken wings a green dry salad with no fork, and a pepper skewer. We asked for dessert and was given vegan/gluten free cake after everyone else had finished eating, it certainly was not worth £30. The entertainment was only average it was just loud music, this was a memorable experience but not for the right reasons

17 women aged between 25-75 went for a fun afternoon as part of a hen weekend. The advertisement promised a glass of prosecco on arrival afternoon tea served by “Butlers in the Buff” between 2 - 4.30pm

What we actually received was:

On arrival queueing outside an unpleasant looking night club with 200+ other women for 20 minutes due to reasons not explained by staff.

Sat in a blacked out night club with some of us waiting up to an hour for a drink . The complimentary prosecco was not offered.

The 3 “butlers” didn’t serve food or drink they were “men in the buff” standing on a stage asking women to compete in dance offs to different songs with inflatable props, the loudest screaming cheer from the audience dictated the winner. Butlins or Pontins spring to mind.

The afternoon tea was just as disappointing, chicken wings, sausage roll, sandwiches, goats cheese tart with 3 mouth size pieces of cake. Not a pot of tea in sight, but you could buy sickly over priced cocktails!! 2 of our group preordered a vegan option and a gluten free option, what they were served was a joke!!

The screaming chants were deafening, the venue dirty & the food was hardly touched.
After an hour the organiser of our group and the Hen requested to see the manager. After a heated discussion prosecco was bought out (with lipstick on some of the glasses) an attempt was made by the Chef to produce further vegan/gluten free food.

The cost per person: £29.95

So disappointing! A truly awful experience that wasted our time on a Saturday afternoon.

First the musical bingo was absolutely superb and a brilliant night out however I was disappointed with the venue-it’s not as ‘magical’ as the hype , no locks on the toilet doors is pretty poor! And the place felt old and drab .bar service is quick and drinks reasonable

Went as part of a hen do there was about 20 of us. So £20 for the "show" and £19.95 for the "food". The acts in the show were good but there must have only been about 20-25 mins of actual content. The rest of the time they played videos from 70s, 80s etc with 20 second snippets of music. Wasn't much of a show. And then the food...was not worth 19.95 for a couple of onion rings and some chips. It was one food platter between 2 people. So we basically paid 39.90 for a small tray of party food. Ridiculously overpriced. And then they tried to add £70 service charge. Erm no. The drinks menu was limited 1 page for wine/prosecco and 3 cocktails on the other page. Oh and no locks on the toilet doors! Overall I don't recommend it. Maybe just the £20 for entry and show but I wouldn't bother with the food.
