hello again stayed at hampton hilton at liverpool airport yet again fantastic stay lovely breakfast staff exceptionely good service made our holiday start brilliant and will definitely be staying again i would like to mention a very good thank you to these people for the kind help at changing our room and overall service,reception, mairead,katie,kelly,hollie,chloe,beth,steph,to kitchen charlotte,phil,julie,debbie,kat night staff,tony,mandy,colin,ian. and thanks to the manager for all his help.
i would also like to mention that due to a delay on our return flight we were diverted to luton airport and put up at the hampton hilton at luton all 132 passengers at midnight in the snow the hotel coped briliantelly and we all had room each and food served well done hampton hilton to the directors and management for a short notice very proffesional service to help us on our return cant thank you enough

The rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. The hotel is obviously in a good location for the airport but also close enough for Liverpool. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel bar was well stocked and reasonably priced too.

A good place to stay.

If you realise that this hotel is designed for one night stop overs either to or from the airport it starts to make sense.

The rooms are clean, large and well maintained. There is no aircraft noise at all. Food is of the bar snack variety and there is no dining room as such. But we found it of a very good quality and reasonable priced if measured in context of what it is meant to be, It is certainly not fine dining.

It is literally 100yds from the departure lounge.

When travelling from Liverpool airport I would always use this hotel

Lovely hotel just by the airport. Very posh looking rooms with large comfortable bed. There was also a sofa bed which could accomodate additonal people. Very clean with nice view. Never stayed in Hilton itself before but after staying in Hamptons by Hilton I'm pretty sure it would be even nicer.

Excellent for the Airport of course! Rather long winded explanation of 'how to park for stay and park' - they need a printout. After two weeks away we couldn't remember. Polite staff, too much continuous info on check in, I had to ask the lass to slow down! Room clean and bright. Good toiletries. When you have booked a family room you shouldn't have to ask for towels etc but they responded quickly. Didn't bother asking for more tea cups but they should remember to start with. Sofa bed is too small for two children to share.
Ate out as menu was very limited at the hotel, took a taxi from the airport, was conned that there was a surcharge to leave the airport but couldn't be bothered to argue. Nowhere decent nearby, ended up at an American style diner, it was awful.
Had a very early flight so went to bed at 10pm and slept until the toddler next door woke up at 1am. It cried until we got up at 5.30am. The father left the room approximately 20 times during that time leaving the door to close very noisily on its own. He felt it necessary to make endless phone calls outside our room and to enter the room opposite his own and let the door close in the same fashion. We were around 5 rooms down from the lift, the double doors from the lift area are noisy at closing as were other guests having conversations at top volume whilst walking past our room. Funny, you don't hear a thing from outside, they should have applied the same sound proofing internally. It wasn't very expensive but the amount of sleep we didn't have meant that we could have stayed at home, eaten a decent meal, got up early and driven to the day saving around £150 by paying just for the parking. I would stay again but would request a room away from families and the lift. Ironically the same family was on our flight, the same child cried for the entire journey. Not saying it wasn't stressful for the parents but perhaps too young for the whole experience.

Thank you for reviewing your stay with us, and for your comments. I can only apologise for any inconvenience you experienced, especially with regards to the noise you mentioned. I will ask our Maintenance department to look at our doors to see if we can reduce any noise. Should anything similar to this event ever occur again please do not hesitate to contact the Reception staff, as we may be able to help the situation, however we are limited in our ways to regulate noise caused by other guests.

On the other hand, I am glad you found our location useful for the airport, our rooms to be clean and our staff to be polite. I hope that the events mentioned above will not deter you from staying with us again in the future, and we hope to welcome you back soon.

Family room booked, great size room, plentyof space for the five of us including a cot and two airport trolleys! superb for an overnight stop! Only down size is the unusal check in at the top but minor in the throws of it!

The only problem I have when staying in this hotel is that I never get long enough to enjoy it. Clean spacious room. Bar expensive. Breakfast good continental started at 4am so suited well for early flight. Extremely handy to bus to Manchester and Liverpool airport steps away.
