We stayed at the Hilton on a Saturday night the hotel is perfectly located close to the Albert doc's which is a 5 min walk, 10 minute walk to the empire theatre and in the centre of the shops. Nice clean hotel, great bar and a very good breakfast, would stay again

Amazing stay, staff are so friendly and helpful, me and a friend went to the shops around and ended up in Harvey Nichols in the champagne bar, and the hotel where lovely about us bringing it back in and where more than happy to provide us with glasses, was really clean and tidy, and check in and out was a breeze
Would more than happily stay again

The staff at this hotel are terrific. I stayed here for three nights and then returned after a weekend for another night. I was welcomed back like family. The hotel is currently tricky to turn into due to all the road works, but it is in a great location right near the docks, restaurants, and walkways. Public transport is right next door to get fond the city of Liverpool. Breakfast as usual at the hilton was very good, and because I left so early one day, a breakfast box was made up. Probably more a lunch than a breakfast to be honest! Very nice rooms and bathrooms. Only room criticism is the air conditioning which has to be controlled by the concierge downstairs can go believe. So one night was shall we say rather hot but we eventually got it sorted. Club floor was basic, and very limited choices on food and beverage, but still somewhere to chill...but not I any great comfort. One night they ran our of wine glasses. Quite a number of guests were waiting. A few emerged from the dishwasher boiling hot...perfect for a cold white wine.hmm! That said, I would stay there again.n

I am so thrilled to see that your loyalty was appreciated when you returned to the Hilton Liverpool, and I sincerely hope the road works did not hinder your travel too much. In regards to the air conditioning, it is controlled by a panel in your room and centrally controlled by maintenance when any issues occur. I hope you were able to sleep when your room was very warm.

This is everything you would expect from a Hilton and that's why I liked it. The rooms were spacious, clean, well appointed, had plugs in the right places, a minibar (rare in this country I think) but also the general areas of the hotel were lovely too. The location is perfect and even though you're so central I didn't hear any evening noise (and we stayed on a Saturday). Re parking, make sure you park on level 3 of the Liverpool One car park and then it's just a short walk to the front door. Don't forget to ask on check out for a voucher to reduce your parking costs for each 24 hour period you're there.

My only gripe is the internet charge. I believe hotels and airports should provide free wifi but still some places will not quite embrace this. The charge at the Hilton was about £7.50 for 24 hours so it's not as excessive as charges a few years ago but still it should be free.

Anyway, that's by the by - the hotel was a thoroughly nice place to stay!

Fantastic hotel, Great city. We got upgraded to an executive suite at a fraction of the cost and the service was absolutely fantastic. Great selection at breakfast and nice surroundings. The room was clean and tidy with a great view. The bathroom was very clean and had perfect facilities. Anything needed was dealt with very quickly by the staff. I would definitely recommend.

This is a relatively new hotel well located near the renovated Albert Pier and central shopping area. The hotel staff were friendly although room service was poor (the person taking order knew nothing about the menu and constantly put me on hold to "check with the chef"). The room was also not as clean as it should have been (it had not been vacuumed) and the towels were quite threadbare and the bathroom was poorly designed (very dark, awkward sinks and very tall toilets. Finally, the "air conditioning" does not work - I note that I am not the first to comment on this. Pleasant enough but could be better

Stayed on a Friday evening with my partner. Firstly thank you for allowing us to rearrange where due to stay previous Friday but could not due to an illness
Quick check in and where able to add breakfast for the next morning. Room 436 was perfect, wonderful view, only thing would say was the toilet was a bit dusty. Mini bar was taken advantage of :)
After meal in the city centre we decided to come back to the hotel bar, great service, everyone so friendly and couldn't do enough. Rose wine was not the best thou lol.
Bed was very comfy and no issues with air con throughout the night. Breakfast was great, again such friendly staff, nothing was too much for them! Thanks for the parking voucher as well most helpful. All in all my best stay at a Hilton to date....well done Liverpool keep up the good work and will see I again soon
