Booked this hotel for a weekend trip to Liverpool. Hotel satisfied us based on the other reviews and was in an excellent location to get to some cool bars further on from the hotel and in the other direction easy to get to Lunya and Liverpool One area. I'd recommend and stay here again.

Room Tip: Room 110 was fine when we stayed in it.

Dear Russelltalk21
Thank you for your great review. We agree that the Ropewalks area is the coolest part of town, providing a hub for many of the city's querky individual venues. I hope that you took advantage of some of the offers provided exclusively to The Nadler by our partner restaurants and bars.
We look forward to welcoming you back to the hotel soon.

Best regards

Andrew Marsh

Excellent hotel. I'm an older person travelling alone and felt safe and comfortable throughout Staff were friendly and helpful without being obtrusive. room was clean, quiet, comfortable and, for once, in a hotel a comfortable temperature. Very convenient for all amenities and surprisingly quiet inside considering there was a busy night life outside;.lack of catering no problem as theree are shops and takeaways close at hand and tea and coffee facilities in house Very nice to be able to book a single room at such a reasonable rate. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel

Super clean room, everything you may need for short stay. Kitchenette is fab idea - During the stay we also spoke to 4 different members of staff who were all really helpful AND friendly. Great location - really can't fault it at all. Will recommend to others as well as return.

Dear Roadtrippers
Thank you for adding your comments to Tripadvisor. The majority of our guests stay with us from 2-4 nights, so our mini-kitchens are designed to give you the option of in-room dining, without the full works, so that you don't feel compelled to cook from scratch - let someone else do the work! Our team will be really pleased to hear that you enjoyed meeting them, and that they were able to make a difference to your stay. Liverpool has a reputation for being one of the friendliest cities, so we have a lot to live up to.
We hope to see you on another 'roadtrip' soon!
Best regards
Andrew Marsh

Stayed for one night on a girlie trip to Liverpool. Very clean and stylsh, We were impressed. Also kitchenette feature is great and very practical. Even breakfast in a bag was different! Well located - just short distance to Lime Street Station, Liverpool 1 Shops and Albert Dock. Lots of nice restaurants, at reasonable prices. Ideal location for our first and certainly not our last visit to Liverpool. Well done Nadler!

Stayed here for two nights this week past and both my fiancé and myself had a truly great stay.

Good points:

Clean, modern & stylish design.
Welcoming, thorough and professional staff.
Great location.
Kitchenette in room is a fantastic concept.
The fact they had a bottle opener (amongst other things) in the room
Spotlessly clean all throughout the location.
Very secure location with room card having to be used for entry to hotel and for lifts, etc.
Price is good. Let's hope it remains as good value. =o)
Wide ledge in bathroom in front of mirror to have products, etc. on.
They offer to let you keep your baggage in a safe & secure room right next to reception on the day of you checking in or out of your stay.
The air-conditioning unit is really good.
Room was tidied and cleaned upon your return to it.

Not so good:

Keyboard for internet didn't work in tandem with the computer screen.
The quality of toilet paper was very substandard in the toilet.
The 'cold' and 'hot' signs on the shower on the room we were in (402) were the wrong way round.
The room housed two single beds pushed together, rather than the double bed that was advertised.
The walls are very thin. So much so, in fact, that we were able to fully hear a heated/raised voice discussion between people in the room next to us.
The window in the room didn't open. It would have been useful if it could open even a little!
The doors in the building are designed in a way that they slam shut. And they're loud when this happens!

So, clearly a few things that could be improved on. I think, however, that the practicality and usefulness of the kitchenette has allowed me to nudge my rating up to a 5/5.

Keep up the great standRds, guys =o)
