We spent 7 nights here during our holiday in Merseyside. The hotel has a great location, within walking distance to nearly all major attractions, shopping etc. There is a growing number of new, alternative bars and clubs in the neighborhood and this part of town certainly appears to be on the up. The staff is very friendly and service minded. No breakfast is served in the hotel, but there are plenty of places nearby to have a full English or whatever. Or one can walk down to the Tesco a couple of blocks away and buy sandwiches, cereal etc and have breakfast in the room.
The WiFi speed seemed to be varying, at times very slow but most of the time ok.
We will definetely be back.

Thank you for your review – We chose our location not just for the great building, but also the fantastic choice of independent bars, restaurant and venues that neighbour us. We can offer a continental breakfast for your next stay, delivered by one of our partner restaurants, if you prefer to take breakfast in your room. In addition to our new TV system with enhanced AV and youtube streaming, music on demand, each room now has individually addressed wifi, which has increased the quality of connectivity.
We hope to see you back again soon!

Best regards

Andrew Marsh

Hotel is central and really accessible from main bus and train station. Just off a mins street and a little dander. Not in a noisy part of city. Hotel is secure- buzzer into main doors, key cards for rooms and the floors on the lifts. Reception staff friendly and knowledgable- gave us a discount card that the hotel has for some local restaurants and great advice on breakfast. Rooms are modern, quite compact but clever storage. Rooms come with mini kitchen- great for cup of tea in the morning. Air con was a bonus too- could not really fault the place! Good reception area if you want to chill out/ wait on friends with comfy sofas and magazines. Book direct with the hotel for best deal- we paid about £40 extra per night going through a well known hotel booking site :(

Centrally located on a quiet street, ultra clean, very well furnished and decorated, super screened mini kitchen with cutlery and crockery and all mod cons - the Nadler had it all! We were given a warm welcome by the staff and nothing seemed too much trouble. They actually seemed eager to carry our bags to our rooms! The room and bathroom were excellent. My friends and I cannot fault any aspect of this hotel.

A very good value hotel with pleasant staff, but it needs some updating. We stayed for 4 nights and found the hotel convenient for shopping and good restaurants. It was also quiet (except for the air conditioning) and whilst we enjoyed our stay we thought the bathroom needed updating and the carpet in our room had a few small, but unpleasant stains. The mini kitchen was fine, but very mini and would have difficulty coping with 4 as advertised. However there were only 2 of us and we ate out except for breakfast. The air conditioning in the room was noisy and far too cold and was difficult to adjust. We would not stay again, but for the price it was reasonable.

I am so sorry to read your email. We are sorry that we did not have the opportunity to put things right whilst you were staying with us. It would be great to know what updates you would like to our bathroom, as it was all brand new only a few years ago. With regard to the stains mentioned, we have an ongoing carpet replacement programme. All of our carpets are cleaned on a regular basis, but unfortunately, we have a few rooms awaiting replacement that have small bleach marks and red nail varnish stains from previous guests. With regard to the air conditioning, I have asked my engineer to assess the unit in the room where you stayed.
I hope that you do choose to return to us, and would like to welcome you back, and hopefully gain a full 5 star score from you!
Best regards

A really good value hotel, good for groups and right in the city centre.

Our superior room was basically a King sized bed and a sofa bed, but it was fine for my group of 3. Great little kitchen area with microwave / fridge and sink was good for breakfasts.

The midday check out on a Sunday was fantastic.
