I booked this hotel as a last minute trip to Liverpool. The hotel was very clean, comfortable and pretty central. The staff were friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough for us. We will certainly be returning in the near future!

Stayed here twice now and excellent on both occasions. A modern hotel that focuses on what is important - smart clean rooms, polite and helpful staff and free wi fi. Also a very central location so no complaints.

Room Tip: Parking available in the nearby Q Park and the hotel provide vouchers for 30% discount.

This hotel claims to be ‘green’. I can’t believe that it can be green to have the bathroom extractor on all the time and the air con running intermittently all the time. You cannot turn either the extractor or the air con off. This means the rooms are very noisy. On our first night we complained twice, firstly in the early evening and then on our return, about the permanent noise from the extractor and air con and were twice fobbed off (by day and night staff) with a claim that they could override the air con from the central control and it would be fine. Of course, this was not the case. On complaining again we were given ear plugs. It would be better firstly if the staff were honest and admitted that the air con would go on all night and secondly to have the air con at low level permanently rather than having it revving up all the time either waking you if you’re lucky enough to have got to sleep or preventing you from getting there. Yes, the double glazing is excellent, you don’t hear a thing from the street but that’s irrelevant if the room itself is noisy.
In addition, when I booked, which I did directly with the hotel, I asked for a quiet room, away from the lifts, bar etc. I was told I’d been booked into a higher floor at the end of the corridor nowhere near the lift or other noisy places. When I arrived, where was I? Opposite the lift.
Will never stay again at any Nadler hotel.

I’m so sorry that we disappointed you with regard to the noise from our air handling systems. We do have adjustable air conditioning which can be controlled from within the room, or Reception, but there is also a constant supply of fresh air to each room, and extract to keep air moving to negate the need for opening windows. So with regard to your comments regarding the honesty of my team, I have to attribute this down to miscommunication, rather than someone trying to mislead you in any way. With regard to your room allocation, we sometimes have to move rooms around, to accommodate extended stays, or essential maintenance, but hope that you weren’t disturbed by the lifts as they are extremely quiet and none of our room within the hotel are directly opposite any of the lifts.
I am disappointed that you don’t feel that you would like to stay in our hotels again, but would like you to reconsider so that we can go towards restoring your faith in us.
Best regards

Andrew Marsh

This hotel was fantastic. Located in the heart of everything!
Found a cute little garden pub opposite. Just had to pop in for a drink :-)

Bars, clubs right on your doorstep, but it wasn't noisy at all.
Centre of town was a 10 minute walk, where we had a fabulous Thai meal.
Lots to do and see in the area, and all based from a lovely hotel.

Staff were all very friendly at The Nadler. Seemed more than happy to help with all enquiries.

Our room had a cute little kitchenette, which we thought was adorable. We were then able to buy some snacks and keep them in the fridge.

Would definitely stay here again, as I strongly believe they have really thought carefully about the needs of all of their guests.
Would recommend it to everyone coming to visit Liverpool. 10/10 :-)

The Nadler was exactly what we were looking for. I researched many hotels on TripAdvisor and concluded on The Nadler, based on ratings, location and value, and I'm happy we did! We arrived from London Euston station via the Virgin Train to Liverpool Lime Street station. A very nice 2:15 hr ride, then we walked with our luggage the few blocks to The Nadler. A very friendly and helpful staff greeted us in a stylish and modern foyer. The room was very clean, bathroom was a nice size, bed and pillows wonderful. We ventured out to shop and to The Albert Dock, The Beatles Story Museum and Pier Head with a Mersey Ferry ride, then ate at The Cavern Club, which is all walking distance from this fine hotel. To conclude our Liverpool visit, we were picked up by The Fab 4 Beatles Tour, for a wonderful 3 hours, then they dropped us off at John Lennon Airport, for a truly beautiful stay! I would recommend this hotel highly and would stay there again if I find myself in Liverpool.

Room Tip: I believe any room would be a nice choice.

Thought everything was great about this hotel/room to stay. It's not a hotel as such no bar or restaurant but well organized for a weekend break or overnight visit.

The rooms were spotless beds very comfortable AC worked well maybe a bit too cold at times but easy to switch off and on...zero noise from the very busy at night street...so slept well.

The location perfect for shopping and easy to walk to the docks and any area..with a huge Tesco you could buy milk for cereal etc...small fridge useful for wine etc. we made porridge in the microwave easy to operate...and the dishes all clean and beds made on return..shower worked well and towels were thick and good quality.

There really was nothing to find fault with it was excellent...if nitpicking maybe a bit sterile in the waiting area..but would happily go back to stay there. We had 4 rooms and all felt they were good.

Room Tip: All were good but maybe I would ask for upper level but we were fine on 1st floor

Met by very friendly staff.
Nice room for three mature gents, although the sofa bed was a little uncomfortable, is was more than adequate for the one night.
Exceptionally quiet room, no noise from outside and never saw nor heard any other guests.
Microwave and fridge, crockery and cutlery provided.
Nice bathroom and all exceptionally clean.

Room Tip: Had breakfast at Wetherspoon's, 5 minute walk away.

Thank you for your great review- The trip down the canal is great – so glad you managed to get a ticket – sometimes it can be difficult, so always allow us to book in advance for you. When you next stay with us, we can accommodate you in interconnecting rooms, or we also offer single rooms if you would like some extra space for your group.
We look forward to welcoming you back.
