Hidden in a side street is this lovely Lebanese eatery. Food lovely cooked in an open kitchen. Very busy with great atmosphere. The idea of bringing your own booze makes it a very reasonable night out. Well worth a visit

Very good Lebanese food. The only shame is that you can no longer enjoy a hooka pipe with your coffee. This restaurant has no license, so take your own booze.

I have visited this restaurant on numerous occasions with my family, and each time I have never been disappointed. Food is freshly prepared and cooked in the open kitchen. It is family run and we have always been treated as if we are extended family, which is very heart warming. For anyone who is veggie this place is a must, and there is still plenty choice for meat eaters. It is not licenced so you can bring your own alcohol / wine, there is a minimum spend on the food to be able to use your own beverages but this is minimal and in my eyes a good policy.

Enjoyed a lovely meal with 5 friends before we went to the Everyman Theatre. You can see the food being cooked - everything was fresh, delicious and the portions were generous. The meals were very reasonably priced, the staff were very friendly and welcoming.
The only problem was that we didn't know it is not licensed so didn't take wine with us- we will remember to take it next time! We ate early and the restaurant was quiet but I'm sure it would have a great atmosphere a bit later in the evening. Loved the décor. Definitely worth a visit especially if you are going to the theatre- the Sahara is in the road behind the Everyman.
