on merseyside again for the annual xmas bunnymen pilgrimage
Excellent stay at the Liner again, which we chose for it's convenient position to the city centre and the carling academy. The room was clean and large, a family room even though we only paid for a double. the staff were excellent again
our room overlooked the Street , we did experience some noise nuisance, but only from a rowdy guy having a festive domestic!
the breakfast has an excellent choice on offer, from cold to hot.

we would not hesitate to stay here again.

i took my family (party of 24) for a party night with tribute act. Ages varied from young to older! i had underbooked by 1 person but was accomodated without fuss and experienced fantastic service. Food was delicious and we also had our drink packages on the table ready so no need to get up and down to the bar. Act was exceptional and got everybody in the party spirit. An excellent time had by all-rooms was comfortable and pleasent-would recommend for everybody.

Room Tip: we stayed on 5th floor backing onto railway station but no noise throughout the night

The hotel was clean and ideally positioned to walk around the city centre close to liverpool one and theatres / restaurants
The only downside and nothing to do with the hotel was Gala Hotels whom I booked it through they block book buy up many rooms and were absolutely useless . Based in instanbul turkey they billed me twice and a month later prior to the trip had to chase for payment. Someone ruined an otherwise good experience. Only downside with hotel was breakfast which was barely warm unlike the room which was very warm even after heating was turned off and with a fan on all night

Enjoyed our stay at the Liner, which we chose for it's convenient position to the city centre and attractions. The room was clean and large and the breakfast had an excellent choice on offer. As our room overlooked Lime Street Station, we did experience some noise nuisance, but only slightly,.

Stayed one night with a friend as we had an evening event in St George's Hall. Staff on reception were very friendly and helpful. Our room was a good size, clean and well-equipped with tea/coffee & biscuits, hairdryer and toiletries in the bathroom. The only thing missing was a safety deposit box. We enjoyed a very reasonably-priced bottle of house wine in the bar and breakfast was self-service with a wide selection and very friendly staff. There is free parking if you need it and it's location is great for central Liverpool events and shopping etc. It is also very close to Lime Street Station if you are travelling by train. Would definitely stay here again

Ideally located for the city centre. Breakfast reasonable choice, can't comment on dinner as we ate out both nights. Room fairly bog standard but clean & decent sized bed. Would stay here again if we returned to Liverpool.

14 woman on a christmas weekend, fantastic base, around the corner from lime street, granted if your facing the station its noisy...shut your window at night!!
Rooms very clean and comfortable, tea, coffee, biscuits etc in the room. Shampoo, conditioner etc in the bathrooms.
staff were very helpful, in anything asked of them, very polite, even drew the route to our destinaton. Gave us extra milk for our rooms when asked. The breakfast was very good, plenty of choice and you could help yourself as many times as you wished..
We never sampled the bar :-(
We never went in the restaurant, but wish we had, it seemed very good value for money, unlike the red hot buffet we visited.
we would certainly use this hotel again.
