For those who fancy a quick drink at a decent price near Sefton park then this pub is a good shout. This is one of few positives you will find here. The interior is not to everyone's taste but it befits the character of the building. Like the place it is in and the people that drink in it, it has plenty of stories to tell and a drink or two is needed to help to adjust. The toilets are never a pleasant experience but I have seen worse, just. Hopefully the ale soaked floor will allow you too leave at some point.
