“Good Location”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 5 December 2013

Hotel very weel situated for central ammenities. Modern, clean, warm and welcoming. Rooms just as described modern furnishings, towels, bed linen. My only down comment was that I thought it may have a larger bed. Mini fridge with water and sodas nice touch. Breakfast great value for £5 each. I have recently stayed in a lot of hotels and by far the nicest breakfast I have had. If in area again would book this hotel again. Car park very close by and hotel validate ticket for £7 per day.

It was ideal for what we wanted it for...friendly, clean, very good breakfast, comfortable beds, fair price, situated perfectly in the center of town. I will go there again and recommend it to anyone looking to have a long weekend in Liverpool.

Room Tip: Be careful. A double room does not mean a room with two beds but one bed for two people

Stayed at this hotel over the weekend a gift for my 40th Birthday
Had a terrific time in Liverpool with city center a short walk away ans close to waterfront . The downside was the set meal in the Marco p. White restaurant the portions were very small for the price and also the drinks in the bar were very expensive 8.90 for 2 pints of lager is a bit over the top. Rooms were good and clean.
Breakfast was good with a good choice . We had a problem with getting in our room with the card key but was sorted .I would stay here again but would probably avoid the bar and restaurant for a meal in the evening and eat out.

Dear andrew w,

Thank you for taking the time to write us a review regarding your recent stay. It is delightful to know that you found our rooms to be sufficient and location convenient. However, I regret that you found the meal served at our restaurant to be expensive. We take all reviews negative or positive very seriously and your feedback will help us improve our efforts.

We would welcome the opportunity to serve you again in the future.

Sincerely,

Had a nice trip in to Liverpool for a weekend of shopping and drinking.
Very vibrant hotel located about a 5 minute walk away from all the shops and bars so perfect to stay in for anybody's needs.
Car park located at the rear independently run but subsidised by the hotel and was fairly cheap for the city centre at £7 for the 24 hours we were in the area.
Highly recommended.

Stayed here whilst we were visiting friends in Liverpool. It is in an ideal location - close to the docks and the city centre. The hotel doesn't have it's own car park, but they can give you a discount in the Capital car park (£7 per day) which is virtually next door. Friendly staff. Modern decor. Amazing shower! Clean. We got an upgrade to an executive room and movies and mini bar were free. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

Fab location just off front river side and 5/10 mins walk from town with shops and bars. Lovely and clean and trendy. Rooms are a little small but we only stayed 1 nite so it wasn't a problem. Our kettle had brocken so we told receiption on our way out and it was replaced when we got back. Nice touch to have free mini bar and toiletries were Aveda (lovely). We didn't have breakfast so can't comment on the food. We would recommend Mouse coffee on Dale St for breakfast! Amazin ! Hotel bar pricy as usual. Staff were very friendly and helpful we would def recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Reception staff were friendly but bar staff too busy, not attentive. Room was bright and happy and had had most amenities. But basic the room was too modern and minimalistic for me . No bath, which I prefer to a shower.
