Stayed here on business for 2 nights and one of the best hotels I have stayed in. A very chilled and relaxed place. Staff are genuinely friendly and helpful and manage to provide the most laid back and effective customer service from front of house to the chamber staff. Clean, modern and well equipped rooms and and the best shower and hottest water at any time of day. Absolutely recommended. Free wifi as it should be in every hotel.

Very nice hotel with wonderful helpful staff. On early arrival our room was ready for us,the rooms all have a very nice color scheme. The Hotel is within easy reach of the Old Docks and the Three Graces, short walk to the shopping area, museums abound with a wonderful insight to the people and long gone majestic liners of the past. Our package was the special hotel deal with a bottle of wine waiting for us also comp beer and spring water in the room bar. I think that the room could be a little larger but I could not fault the bed, linen & service. Breakfast was good and the breakfast staff were on the ball if you wanted some thing extra.Well done

Stayed at hotel indigo for 2 nights. The hotel is lovely and all staff are very friendly. The showers in the rooms are amazing with nice lighting and they also have speakers in the bathroom. I stayed in room 205 which is at back of the hotel no view but was nice and quiet. Hotel is just a short walk away from liverpool one and the Albert docks.

Couldn't fault out stay here for one night. Clean, comfortable, nice toiletries, great shower, lovely breakfast and apparently excellent cocktails though we didn't get to try these. The hotel has a lovely central location making it easy to have an enjoyable night out without needing a cab back. Great stay!

I stayed at the hotel indigo on the night of jan 28 2014. Hugely disappointing stay on two counts. Firstly, i had a room on the first floor and outside the window are three wide steel rails. Unfortunately, above that is a broken guttering. The result, when raining, is a noise at the window that i would liken to a hammer knocking on a steel watering can all night long. At 12.30am and still unable to sleep i called reception who were aware of the problem but unable to offer any alternative sleeping arrangement. Upon checking out, the receptionists confirmed they were also aware of the problem which kind of begs the question as to why they are still putting guests in that room.

Sadly, in addition to no sleep, the great looking shower had NO hot water, so i had to settle for a brief cold shower in the morning. This is clearly just poor.

So for 194 pounds, no sleep and a cold shower....

I told reception of the problems upon checking out and received a 20percent reduction on the room rate, which i think was a pretty poor level of compensation.

On the positive side its a cool hotel, staff were good but sleep and hot water to me are prerequisites to an acceptable standard being provided and the indigo failed on both counts and worse still, are prepared to put people in a room with a known problem that makes sleep impossible when it rains, which i guess happens on many nights!

This is the second time I have been to Indigo. First I went with friends and this time with my partner. The rooms are always spotless and are decorated with a unique style.
The hotel is only a short walk to the city centre and Liverpool One. It's an ideal location.
The price is slightly higher than other hotels but well worth it. Also the breakfast is amazing.
I have already booked to come again in February.
