Excellent location and handy for all main attractions in Liverpool.

Smart clean rooms and all staff in hotel were friendly and helpful.

Buffet breakfast with good selection of hot and cold items.

Given location close to bars and nightclubs hotel is busy into early hours of morning but no problems with late night revellers!

If back in Liverpool would certainly stay here again

We spent a Saturday night in this hotel recently.

Its very centrally located in the centre of liverpool and very clean and funky.

Parking is available around the corner at a very reasonable £10 per day.

The only draw back is that as the hotel seems to cater for revellers looking to enjoy the delights of central liverpool the open air bar to the front can get a little rowdy.

We were woken by revellers returning home after a night out at 5am.

And as I entered the hotel the language greeting me from the ladies enjoy a drink and smoke outside would warrant ejection from the fish wifes society for be too course!

We experienced a very rough flight, however arriving at this hotel made the trip So much better. The staff here were awesome. Great dining and mainly the Room, WOW, crispy clean sheets, and a bed that we DID not want to leave..Very comfy! I'm not the biggest IHG fan, however, this place won us Over, it rocked!

Positives
Reception polite and helpful, Maid Pauline room 202 perfection itself, breakfast diverse good quality, décor throughout, all staff were of a high standard plus a good location.

Negatives
Restaurant Indulgence Evening Food poor not value for money. Drinks were very expensive.

Conclusion
We used this Hotel to meet friends one year ago see my report 15th May 2013.
This was a repeat meet up. The Hotel has maintained its high standards and would recommend its utilisation. The restaurant on an evening we felt was not impressive for quality or quantity though staff were most pleasant. May be the full Menu rather than the Indulgence is the answer but you will need a a hefty wallet. Happy Hour ?

PROS: great location by liverpool one and riverside. great value for money. it was cheaper than lots of other options, but it's quita a good hotel. nice room, new, clean & quiet. breakfast was good, internet works well.

CONS: nothing really i can think of, except that at one point the TV briefly stopped working. i only stayed one night for business.

Had a very enjoyable stay in this hotel. Rooms were clean and quiet, bar had a good selection, breakfast was buffet style with plenty of "hot" choices as well as the usual fruit, pastries and cereals.

The staff were very friendly and happy to help.

The location is excellent for wandering in to the likes of Matthew Street, the Liver building or Albert docks.

Temperature of the room was a bit of a struggle to get right on the first night but by the second night, we had it sorted!

I was there with a large group of friends and there seemed to be other groups in the hotel at the same time. Didn't experience any noisy neighbours though!

Good rate for the two nights and most of our group agreed that the quality of the towels was way above expectations! Honestly, lads' weekends have changed over the years!

Stayed for a night over the weekend. Check in was efficient and friendly. The room was bright, modern, clean and welcoming. The snacks and drinks were included in the price. The bathroom was spotless and the shower great. My only gripe is that there was no opening window, it is strictly A/C only but that is just a personal preference. The hotel is within walking distance of the town centre and the waterfront. The breakfast was £10 extra but extremely good value for money. You wont be disappointed, its excellent value for money.
