“Fantastic Staff”
Reviewed 12 August 2014

Stayed over the week-end to go to Anfield with my Grandson. The staff here are the most friendly you could wish for. They make you feel welcome and nothing is too much trouble be it sorting a taxi or take-away! They really are fantastic.

Beefeater Pub is next door. We ate there on one night and being honest the food was average and quite expensive. Staff were very friendly though and in fairness the service was good. Ended up with a take-away Pizza the second night but I guess that''s the price you pay when you take a teenager along!

We chose this hotel for an overnight stay before an early appointment at Alder Hey Hosptial. it is very close and convenient. The car parking was a bit chaotic but we did find a space we were happy with. The rooms was clean and the bed comfy. The restaurant next door was ideal. We were well looked after and the food was respectable. I'd happily recommend it as an overnight stop.

Over the years we have stayed at many Premier Inns, This is a standard Premier Inn with all the good points you can expect from the chain, what makes it even better is the ladies on the reception, always a smile on their faces whatever you wanted they were there to help. even supplying me with a razor late at night because I forgot mine Tip. For any OAP's like us, if you go into Liverpool use the local bus service after 9.30 you can use your bus passes just catch the bus from around the corner stay on till the last stop and you catch the bus back from the next street, [ James Street ] just ask the driver. This will save you about £12 to £15 parking fees.

We booked in here because we were catching the ferry to the Isle of Man early the following day. Staff very good and welcoming. Bedroom comfortable and breakfast good value. The hotel is at the side of a busy road junction so traffic noise is an issue. There are warnings about this when you book. Would be happy to stay there again

We visited this Premier Inn on June of this year, it was a little bit dated but it was a pleasant stay, rooms clean, beds comfy and staff were pleasant. We didn't have breakfast or an evening meal so cannot comment of the restaurant. A little bit far out of centre of town but the bus stop is just around the corner. Definitely a city I will be visiting again but I may try the Premier Inn in Albert Dock area.

I stayed here as part of a large group. They booked us all together on the ground floor which was perfect. Check in was quick, the room was very clean and I love the beds in Premier Inn as they are so comfy, lots of pillows, air con, heated towel rail, power shower couldn't ask for much more. We also had breakfast in the Pub which was attached, £8.85 was a little steep but you could go back for more if you wanted, and this included drinks. Was very nice breakfast. It's about £7 I to Liverpool centre during the day and £10 on a night. This was great as we were here on a birthday party weekend. Would deffo stay here again. Great value for money.

Thought it was what you expect from a budget hotel. Quiet, affordable, and a good night's stay. Location was ok but still a little drive to get downtown. Staff was nice. Everything worked great. Would go again.
